Bonuses and welcome offers

Early rakeback through an eligible referral code; no fixed deposit-match offer confirmed. Deposits must be wagered once before withdrawal; bonus playthrough depends on the offer.

The official welcome offer description

VIP progress measures turnover

For casino turnover, the guide lists $10,000 for Bronze, $50,000 for Silver and $100,000 for Gold. Sports wagers count three times towards progress. These are wagering targets, not deposit requirements. The benefits guide describes weekly, monthly and level-up rewards, with further features at higher tiers, but does not give a guaranteed cash return. A badge alone cannot tell you what an account's next reward will be.

Progress thresholds and separately described benefits

A deposit bonus has its own calculation

The separate bonus policy applies its stated multiplier to deposit plus bonus, with contribution based on a 4% house edge. Its example means $1 wagered on a 1%-edge game contributes $0.25. The chosen currency stays subject to the active requirement, and listed games may be unavailable during rollover.

Before accepting an actual offer, find its multiplier, expiry, permitted games and maximum stake. The general policy does not establish one universal package. Our wagering calculator can help once those terms are known.

The deposit-plus-bonus basis and contribution policy

Deposits and withdrawals

Start with the wallet's exact coin and network, then look at the fee and destination. A cryptocurrency ticker on its own is not enough. The public help pages offer useful specifics, but the wallet is where the current transaction quote appears.

Selected published crypto figures

Help article dated 24 August 2026, checked 1 October. Values are in the named coin, not pounds or dollars.

USDT2.5 USDT1 USDT
USDC2.5 USDC1 USDC
SOL0.01050998 SOL0.000005 SOL

The help article says there is no maximum withdrawal amount. These figures are published examples, with no network-by-network fee breakdown or live quote test. They do not promise release without verification or review.

The dated minimum and fee table

Match the network as carefully as the coin

The help list names USDT on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Tron and Solana; USDC has the same list except Tron. It also lists some networks, including Base, Arbitrum and Optimism, as unsupported. Check the selected deposit address and network together. A receiving address is not an invitation to send any token that happens to share its format.

The operator's coin-and-network support table

Waiting for Stake

A request can be held for checks or manual administration, especially for larger amounts. The help page does not give a universal upper time bound.

Waiting for the network or recipient

After release, blockchain confirmations and the receiving wallet's requirements still affect arrival. Ask for the transaction hash if support says a crypto payment has been sent.

The published reasons a withdrawal can take longer

The public pages disagree in places

The payments blog gives an ETH minimum of 0.00062610; the dated help article gives 0.001. The blog's broad no-minimum wording also needs qualifying: another help article says crypto deposits below $0.01 cannot be processed automatically. We have retained those conflicts instead of choosing the more attractive number.

The conflicting claims and their narrower help pages

Local-currency methods are a separate route

Card-withdrawal help requires an earlier card deposit and a return to that card. It allows up to three business days after Stake processes the request. Its country table includes places excluded by the current international terms, so we would not use that table as an eligibility checker.

Buying crypto through a third-party service is different from depositing directly to a casino card balance. Likewise, changing the display currency does not change the underlying asset you hold. Check what the confirmation screen actually says will move.

Card guidance and the distinction between funding routes

A deposit-turnover condition to know before paying in

Clauses 8.5 and 8.10 require 100% deposit turnover before fiat or crypto withdrawal. This also applies without a bonus. For an unplayed deposit, ask support about returning the balance.

Withdrawal clauses 8.5 and 8.10

The player perspective

What players report

13selected player accounts13 across all locations · 5 platforms

Players describe an appealing casino and convenient payments alongside verification and support frustrations. The complaint endings matter as much as the opening posts.

Checked 1 October 2026. Self-reported experiences from a selected sample; transactions haven't been independently verified. Casino play, account-wide issues and a sports-linked dispute are labelled separately. A profile location does not establish residency, eligibility or a particular licensed account.

01

Payment praise comes with limits

A forum player reports quick cashouts but has not tested a large withdrawal. A favourable LCB review explicitly predates its author's first cashout.

02

Verification cases end differently

One player confirms withdrawing, another confirms restrictions lifted, and a resolved complaint actually upheld the operator. These are different outcomes.

03

The casino appeals beyond bonuses

Selected casino accounts discuss game choice, navigation, Originals and community. Enthusiasm for rewards is not uniform.

Two accounts, with their outcomes

One player likes routine cashouts; another reports a successful withdrawal after a verification dispute.

How we put these meta reviews together

What we included

Identifiable public authors describing a concrete experience, including successes, problems and follow-ups. Each card preserves the source, location evidence, date and reported outcome. Country-profile labels don't verify an account's jurisdiction.

What we left out

Sports-only betting disputes, copied quotations of another player's story, obvious promotional posts and unsupported claims of rigged games based only on losses. The same person's follow-ups remain one account.

How to read the findings

The selection is editorial, not a survey or an exhaustive census. People choose whether to post, and complaint sites attract problems. We don't average incompatible platform ratings or turn these reports into a complaint rate.

Where the evidence stops

This sample cannot establish typical withdrawal speed, complaint prevalence, game fairness or legal availability. Names and locations are public profile labels; identities and transactions were not independently authenticated. Relative dates are retained, and mixed-product accounts do not establish casino-only performance.

Exact dates are shown where available. AskGamblers displays relative ages, retained as seen on the checking date. We group apparently distinct public authors, but cannot establish whether different usernames belong to one person.

Have a payment question? Compare these experiences with the published withdrawal routes and limits. For an existing dispute, use the local escalation guidance.

Mobile, support and account controls

On a small screen, check the total stake, denomination and cash or bonus balance before relying on a game thumbnail. The finder explains shared-seat and automated formats, but we have not tested a live stream on a phone or installed a Stake app. The gallery contains publisher artwork, not our mobile session.

Getting a question to the right place

Stake advertises round-the-clock human live chat after sign-in, a public help centre and support@stake.com. Its support guide lists English, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. We have not measured a reply or resolution time.

Published support channels

For a game issue

Keep the exact provider and title, bet or round ID, time, stake, currency and settlement entry. A video freeze and an incorrectly settled bet need different investigations.

For a payment issue

Keep the asset, network, requested amount, fee and current status. If sent, record the transaction hash. Share account documents only through the official support or verification channel.

Escalating a complaint

The terms route complaints to chat or email and disputes to Curaçao courts. They name no independent ADR body or complaint deadline. Keep the written response.

The stated complaint and dispute route

The player section illustrates why wording matters: restored access, a successful withdrawal and an operator's decision upheld by a complaint site are different endings. Keep the requested remedy specific, such as an explanation of one rejected document or settlement of a named round.

Account checks and rules

Crypto funding does not mean anonymous withdrawals

Stake's AML policy describes identity checks and risk-based reviews, including source-of-funds evidence. We did not establish a current, universal numbered verification level or a guaranteed document-free cashout allowance. That makes the old 'light KYC' shortcut a poor description.

The actual verification policies

The identity-help page asks for clear original colour photographs with the whole document visible. Its examples include passports, national ID and driving licences. Address evidence has separate requirements, including a six-month recency limit and visible name, address, issuer and date.

A small document detail can cause a large delay

Current address help includes internet bills; the KYC blog says they are not accepted. Before repeatedly uploading the same file, ask which requirement it fails and which document the account's verification team will accept. Use the official upload route, not a public review thread.

Document requirements and the address-evidence mismatch

If Stake identifies the wrong location

Clause 14.4 prohibits VPN or proxy manipulation intended to circumvent location restrictions. Ask support to correct a genuine location error using your actual circumstances. A successful connection does not override the account terms.

The scope of the location rule

Limits, breaks and exclusion do different jobs

Stake Smart describes daily, weekly and monthly loss or wager limits. Reductions are immediate; increases have a 24-hour delay. Its deposit control is daily and USD-denominated. Excess crypto deposits are described as being held and released within later daily allowances, which is worth understanding before treating a deposit limit as an automatic rejection.

The same page lists product exclusions and breaks in play. Full indefinite self-exclusion has a minimum six months before any return review, with no automatic reopening. The separate policy allows support contact during exclusion, although Stake Smart describes access more broadly as suspended. Confirm the contact route if locked out.

The distinct control and exclusion policies

These controls were described publicly, not operated by us. Our support page includes independent help; we have not assumed that international Stake.com participates in GAMSTOP.

Licence and complaints

Stake's licence page names Medium Rare N.V. and OGL/2024/1451/0918. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's latest linked registry, updated 21 September 2026, lists the same company and number on page 7, row 193.

Current active status not independently confirmed

The regulator warns that its overview does not guarantee current licence validity. Its portal was shown as offline during our check, and we did not obtain a current certificate confirmation. The date and status columns need to stay together: we have neither upgraded this to 'confirmed active' nor treated the old expiry date alone as proof of current unlicensed operation.

Why the current-status conclusion remains qualified

A licence, a game calculation and a player payment report answer different questions. None of these checks is a security audit, proof of solvency or a guarantee about a future dispute. We have not assigned a numerical trust score.

Which Stake is this?

This review concerns Stake.com, whose licence page names Medium Rare N.V.. That page separately identifies national operations, including Brazil, Colombia and Peru. Their permissions and conditions do not transfer automatically to the international site.

The international casino

Our game and payment research follows the English .com pages. A visible title or payment guide does not establish that your account can use it.

Other versions of the brand

Stake.us coin offers and national-site promotions are outside this review.

The operator's separate national licence entries

The terms prohibit residence or presence in numerous places, including the UK, US, Australia, France, Germany, Ireland and Ontario. This is a selection, not the full list. Read clause 14.3 for your actual location; a currency menu cannot grant access.

The exact international restricted-location list

For Great Britain, the UKGC announced on 12 February 2025 that TGP Europe's separate Stake.uk.com white-label site would close by 11 March 2025. That is a British-site notice, not evidence that international Stake.com held a UKGC licence. Our UK live casino guide explains the local framework.

The regulator's British closure announcement

Other casinos to compare

For British readers, Bet365, Coral and Grosvenor have separate researched GB reviews. They are useful local comparisons, rather than assumptions that international Stake terms apply to Britain.

If your interest is in game mechanics, use our game comparison and rule inspector. The international Rizk review offers another detailed look at bonus contribution and game-show probabilities, with its own market restrictions. The casino comparison and directory help organise the next questions; neither replaces checking the exact country and account.

Questions players ask

Which Stake does this review cover?

The international Stake.com product. National sites, Stake.us and the former British Stake.uk.com have separate scope. Start with the edition details.

Is Stake.com available to British players?

The checked international terms exclude the UK. The UKGC's 2025 notice concerns the separate Stake.uk.com site. Our UK guide is a more relevant starting point.

Did you confirm an active Curaçao licence?

No. We found the operator's licence claim and a dated regulator entry with a qualification. Read the actual records before relying on a badge.

Does provably fair cover live roulette?

Our worked example covers Stake Originals Roulette. A supplier's physical live wheel does not become seed-verifiable merely by appearing in the same lobby.

Does 3.5% rakeback mean 3.5% of my stakes?

No. The casino formula uses the applicable house edge. The worked comparison shows the much smaller percentage of turnover.

Is every withdrawal instant and free?

The dated help pages publish minimums, fees and possible delays. See the payment table and separate processing stages.

Can I use a VPN to access Stake?

The location-circumvention rule is explained here. A working connection does not establish account eligibility.

Have you played or withdrawn money at Stake?

No. This is a public-source review with attributed player reports, publisher imagery and independently checked calculations. Our methodology sets out the limits.

The branded studio has a real history

Pragmatic Play's announcement of 27 September 2022 described a dedicated Stake studio with 12 tables, including blackjack, Speed Baccarat and roulette. That is useful background, rather than a count of seats or tables available today. The gallery links public Stake Roulette and Speed Baccarat pages.

The dated studio launch and current public catalogue

A presenter does not tell the whole story

Lightning Roulette uses an automatic physical wheel alongside its presenter and multiplier features. Crazy Coin Flip starts with an RNG qualification stage before the live coin bonus. First Person Roulette is an RNG title, even though its interface can lead you to a separate live table. Those distinctions are more useful than treating everything with a casino thumbnail as a live-dealer game.

Each finder entry links its own operator and format evidence. We have left current stakes and RTP figures unclaimed where an exact launched-table rules check was unavailable. Our live roulette, live blackjack, live baccarat and game-show guides explain the rules to compare.

Before you choose: A realistic wheel and a Go Live button do not make the current RNG round live or covered by Stake's Originals verifier.

Stake's own roulette uses RNG and a documented seed-based outcome mapping to one of 37 pockets. It has no physical dealer or wheel.

Before you choose: Use the Originals replay only with the correct game's inputs. A matching hash establishes seed consistency, not proof of a live wheel result.

This animated Stake Original derives cards from seed-generated values. Its documentation uses unlimited decks when translating values into card identities.

Before you choose: The Original's card model differs from a physical shoe. Do not copy a live table's rules or card-count assumptions into it.

What can you actually check with 'provably fair'?

What can you actually check with 'provably fair'?

The phrase is easy to repeat and surprisingly easy to overread. A seed check can connect a revealed input with an earlier hash; a documented calculation can then reproduce a number. Neither step inspects a physical wheel. Stake publishes the procedure for its Originals, and our example below follows its Roulette mapping.

Stake's documented Originals verification scope
Original analysis · a fully worked example

Follow one result, from seed to pocket

This is Stake Originals Roulette, an RNG game. It does not verify a dealer, a physical wheel or another supplier's game. The starting values are our invented teaching example, not a real bet.

Does the seed match the saved hash?
Match
These two supplied values agree.
Documented roulette calculation
21
Calculated pocket, not a prediction.

A match checks consistency. It cannot show that this hash was saved before a real bet.

Inspect or change the example inputs

Use the sample or an already revealed game seed. Never enter a password, private key or wallet recovery phrase. Inputs stay in this page and are not saved or sent.

Uppercase and lowercase seed characters are different text. We do not trim or silently alter the seed. The displayed hash comparison ignores hex letter case.

See every step of the calculation
  1. Hash the revealed seed text with SHA-256.a8ae6e6ee929abea3afcfc5258c8ccd6f85273e0d4626d26c7279f3250f77c8eCompare it with the hash recorded before play.
  2. Calculate HMAC-SHA256.

The key is the server seed as UTF-8 text, not decoded hexadecimal bytes. The message is:

    TopCasinos teaching example:0:0

    The resulting 32-byte digest:

    93e2d8d5789b9fddfaf7e08d094e9998e5a2f5de678fb65394d955e1f0c7f71b
  3. Take the first four bytes.

    147, 226, 216, 213. Read them as a big-endian integer: 2,481,117,397.

  4. Divide by 4,294,967,296.

This gives 0.5776801605243236, between zero inclusive and one exclusive.

  5. Multiply by 37 and round down.

    floor(0.5776801605243236 × 37) = 21. Pocket numbers run from 0 to 36.

A match links the supplied seed and hash. This page cannot establish when the hash was saved or whether the calculated pocket occurred on Stake. It does not assess payouts, financial protection or withdrawals, and cannot predict an unrevealed future seed. The calculation covers Originals Roulette at cursor 0, using the first four generated bytes.

Try the changed seed

The original example produces pocket 21. Altering its last seed character produces 34, but fails the saved-hash check. A believable result is not enough: the earlier commitment matters.

Then change the bet number

With the original seed and bet number 1, the example produces 36 while the hash still matches. The bet number is a separate input. These are fixed teaching examples, not observed Stake rounds.

For a real historical check, you would also need the hash recorded beforehand, the correct revealed seed and bet inputs, the applicable game version and the recorded outcome. Our lab cannot supply that missing history or establish when a commitment was made.

How the calculations work

3.5% of the house edge is a much smaller share of your stakes

The published casino formula is turnover × applicable house edge × 3.5%. Here is the arithmetic for a hypothetical $1,000 of eligible turnover. The edge figures are examples, not claims about any particular table.

Our calculation from the published formula; no account reward tested
Example house edgeTheoretical cost before rewardCalculated rakebackShare of turnover returned
1%$10$0.350.035%
2.7%$27$0.9450.0945%
5%$50$1.750.175%

The middle example retains three decimal places to show the formula; it does not promise the wallet's rounding. A higher edge raises both the reward and the much larger theoretical cost. Actual short-session results can vary widely.

What went into this review

How we checked Stake

We checked public operator pages, the CGA's dated register, the UKGC notice, supplier game descriptions and attributed player reports on 1 October 2026. The 24 game references are a selected sample, including three non-live comparisons, rather than an exhaustive or country-tested lobby count.

The 13 player accounts span five platforms. We retain exact dates where supplied, relative dates where that is all the source provides, and product or jurisdiction uncertainty. A sports-linked account dispute is labelled separately. Historical accounts from restricted-location profiles do not establish present-day access. Follow-ups remain part of the same person's account.

The fairness lab uses invented, fully disclosed inputs and the published Originals Roulette algorithm. Independent native-crypto calculations checked its hashes and result mapping, including altered inputs. We also recomputed the rakeback examples. Neither exercise involved a real wager or verified a historical Stake round.

What remains untested

We did not register, deposit, gamble, launch a game, withdraw, contact support or operate account controls. Live wallet quotes, current table settings, real transaction speeds and a current active licence confirmation remain unverified. We publish those gaps alongside the evidence.

Our editorial approach explains the standard. If a condition changes, send its source through the corrections page.
