Bonuses and welcome offers

100% first-deposit match up to €500 for live casino; €10 minimum, country and payment exclusions apply. Terms require 40-times the bonus and related winnings within 30 days; live bets count partly.

The offer says there is no winnings or withdrawal cap, but this belongs to that promotion. It does not remove payment-method limits or verification. Unfinished bonus funds and related winnings expire; forfeiting the offer affects the bonus balance.

The separate casino welcome page advertises 100% up to €100 plus 100 spins over ten days. Its bonus has 45x wagering and a €2,500 bonus-to-cash conversion cap; its spins have separate 35x conditions. That cap is not a universal limit on withdrawing your own cash. Read the particular offer attached to the deposit, especially if you mainly want live tables.

Deposits and withdrawals

Rizk's FAQ describes processing within 24 hours, with outstanding verification able to delay approval. Its separate payment table then gives method-specific transfer times. Those are two clocks. We have not timed either one ourselves.

The menu says methods vary by country and lists no operator fee, while banks may charge. These maxima do not establish a daily or monthly allowance, or a right to split a payment without further checks.

The public pages do not give one neat promise

The FAQ also gives longer post-approval ranges: 1-5 banking days for cards/banks and 15 minutes to 24 hours for wallets. The general terms and Visa minimum do not match the table in every detail either. Ask which route and minimum apply in your cashier; we would not pick the shortest number and call it guaranteed.

Unplayed deposits can trigger extra withdrawal review and reasonable-cost charges. If you simply want unused money returned, ask for the procedure rather than feeling obliged to gamble it first.

If a payment stalls, ask a precise question

Is the account still being checked, is the request awaiting approval, or has money actually left Rizk? If it was sent, ask for the destination, release date and trace reference. If it was not, ask what is missing and when the next update is due. A payment marked 'successful' and a bank credit are different pieces of evidence.

Mobile, support and account controls

For mobile play, start with the official local site in your browser. We have not verified a current native app for this edition and would not send you to an app with a similar name on that basis alone. The gallery here is promotional artwork, not evidence of a signed-in cashier or measured mobile performance.

Before settling into a table, make sure you can open its rules, see a bet's acceptance, check the last round and reach support without losing your place. If the screen freezes, save the round ID and time rather than assuming a tap reached the server. The historical player cases show why a clear record helps.

Contact routes, without a made-up response time

The public pages offer live chat; the group's international contact is support-en@rizk.com. Published support-hours wording is inconsistent, so we cannot promise a round-the-clock reply. We did not run a support timing test.

International complaint guidance: ten days, extendable by ten; transaction claims within six months; unresolved disputes to free eCOGRA adjudication after the internal process. Historical British accounts need their own applicable procedure.

Account checks and rules

Use your own identity and payment details, and upload documents only through the official secure route. Max's account displayed as verified while a separate review continued. Ask what document is needed and which detail it must show, especially if a standard statement from your bank does not contain it.

A VPN is not a workaround

Rizk's FAQ prohibits VPN use and warns of restrictions or closure. If an ordinary connection is mislocated, contact support with your real country and the error message. Changing the location to get past a restriction is not a fix we would recommend.

Set limits where you can see them

The safer-gambling page lists deposit and session controls, daily/weekly/monthly financial limits and time-outs of 24 hours, seven days or 30 days. Reductions are immediate; increases/removal have a 24-hour cooling-off period. Its reality-check notice warns that cookies or incognito mode can affect reminders.

Self-exclusion scope differs between the safer page and general terms. Ask which accounts and brands are covered. Our support page also lists independent ways to get help.

Licence and complaints

The current MGA record identifies Zecure Gaming Limited and lists eCOGRA as an approved dispute provider. Betsson's group page identifies the international Rizk brand separately from the Serbian site. We have not borrowed Serbian licensing, currency or offers for this review.

The British record is different: account 56427, remote casino licence 056427-R-332277-006, is surrendered. The domain entry is inactive. Some operator pages still display UKGC language, including older account details. We give the regulator record priority.

Surrender is not the same as a penalty or revocation. The checked UKGC actions page records no actions against this business; that narrow result does not establish a flawless worldwide history or explain why the licence ended.

A historical case, in its proper context

A Swedish court judgment dated 1 April 2020 upheld a warning concerning Zecure's sports betting on events where most participants were under 18, while reducing the sanction from SEK3.5 million to SEK3 million. Indexed primary text of the 18 June 2021 appeal judgment says the appeal was rejected. This was a historical Swedish sports-betting case, not a current Rizk live-casino payment finding or an established reason for the British surrender.

Where does this Rizk review apply?

We checked the English international site and its euro-denominated terms. The MGA lists Zecure Gaming Limited, licence MGA/CRP/1117/2025-02, with rizk.com among its websites. That verifies the named authorisation; it does not make this a worldwide invitation to register.

The international account terms exclude, among other places, Ireland, Australia, the US, Ontario and Alberta. The live welcome offer separately excludes the UK, Germany and Sweden. That is a useful illustration of why an account, a game and a promotion need separate checks.

The published wheel terms describe wager-free rewards. Level-up rewards expire after seven days, while extra wheels expire after 24 hours. Progress has a €0.05 minimum bet and exclusions, so the broad 'any game' description needs its small print. We did not verify an exact level-up cost or the probability of each wheel reward.

The public raffle terms attach conditions to prizes: cash-labelled prizes have 1x wagering, while listed spin prizes have 5x. We did not verify that a draw was currently open. Nor can ticket counts alone tell you an individual's chance without the complete eligible pool and drawing rules.
