Live games
Game types: Live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows and casino poker.
Providers: Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Browse the game list.
For blackjack, Shuffle has its own branded table alongside familiar Evolution choices such as Infinite Blackjack. Roulette fans will recognise Lightning Roulette and Mega Roulette; Crazy Time adds a game-show option. There is also live baccarat and casino poker.
Start with the game type you know, then check the chosen table's rules. If a particular table catches your eye, the game list explains it in plain English.

Pragmatic Play's ONE Blackjack table and betting controls. The cards, chips and rules shown belong to the supplier's preview. Shuffle lists the game, but access and table limits depend on your account and location.

Bonuses and welcome offers
100% up to $1,000 on your first deposit. $20 minimum; eligibility applies. The offer requires bets worth 35 times your deposit and bonus combined, with a $10 maximum per bet.
Ask support to activate the offer after depositing, before placing a bet. Save the promotion and conditions attached to your account.
The published 100% offer and how to claim it
The general bonus rules give 30 days to finish unless the offer says otherwise. Cash is used first, and withdrawals in that currency are restricted while the bonus is active. Check that your chosen live game qualifies.
Ask about cancellation before accepting
The 100% offer article says cancellation is unavailable after you start playing. September's general bonus terms allow a cancellation request, but remove the bonus and winnings generated while it was active. Promotion-specific conditions can differ. Get the rule for your offer confirmed in writing.
The two cancellation explanations
There is a separate 200% promotion page. A bigger headline does not mean the same conditions. Our optional comparison keeps the offers separate.
Deposits and withdrawals
Shuffle supports crypto and publishes guides for selected local bank payments. Start with the method you actually plan to use: the limits and waiting times below belong to those particular routes.
| Method | Amount per transaction | Published time | Shuffle fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| CAD via Interac | C$5-C$10,000, deposit or withdrawal | Deposit: up to 15 minutes. Withdrawal: up to 30 minutes. | No Shuffle fee; your bank may charge. |
| BRL via PIX | R$30-R$15,000, deposit or withdrawal | Deposit: up to 15 minutes. Withdrawal: up to 30 minutes. | No Shuffle fee. |
| Crypto | Check the selected asset and network in the cashier. | Depends on account approval and network confirmations. | Check the confirmation screen. |
Official payment guides
For Interac, the withdrawal account must previously have been used to deposit. A published CAD or BRL payment route is not proof of permission to play in your country or province.
Deposits normally need to be wagered once before withdrawal. The terms make an exception for crypto returned to the same wallet address on the same network. Check with support if you are trying to recover an unused deposit.
Deposit playthrough and return-to-wallet exception
Shuffle's published deposit example shows why the coin and network both matter. This is a help-centre illustration, not our account; always use the address and QR code in your own cashier.
Help illustration published 24 October 2024; checked 5 October 2026 · Shuffle Help CentreIf a payment is taking longer
Keep the request time, amount, currency and transaction reference together. Ask whether Shuffle is still reviewing it or has sent it. For crypto, a transaction hash lets you check the transfer on the correct network. For Interac, check the destination email, spam folder and Autodeposit details before chasing a missing code.
Withdrawal tracking and missing Interac messages
Shuffle's published withdrawal form asks for the currency, network, amount and destination address. The fee shown belongs to this older help example; check your own cashier for the current charge. We did not test a withdrawal.

What players report
Some players describe smooth withdrawals and helpful support. Others had to chase a review for weeks. The useful question is how each story ended: money received, an account restriction upheld, or no clear answer.
Checked 5 October 2026. Self-reported experiences from a selected sample; transactions haven't been independently verified. Sixteen selected accounts across three platforms. Trustpilot currently withholds Shuffle.com's rating and says it removed fake reviews. That notice does not identify the individual accounts selected here as fake. These are other people's experiences, not our own tests.
Some records do end with money received
Mona, mate1950 and Ikachila each say they received their funds after the original problem. Their account circumstances and reported waits differ.
Read past the resolved label
AskGamblers accepted the operator's position in diki's case. The visible record does not confirm a payment.
Keep the reply and the receipt separate
Shuffle told SHN there were no pending transactions. The player did not confirm that the money arrived, so the ending remains unclear.
Compare the recorded endingsTwo accounts, with their outcomes
Gustav describes straightforward withdrawals. Mona eventually received the money, but says the account was suspended. Both are personal reports, not our own payment tests.

How we put these meta reviews together
What we included
Identifiable public authors describing a concrete experience, including successes, problems and follow-ups. Each card preserves the source, location evidence, date and reported outcome. Country-profile labels don't verify an account's jurisdiction.
What we left out
We excluded Shuffle.us, unrelated businesses, recognisable duplicate posts, thin praise and allegations of rigged games based only on losses. We did not treat a company reply, an approved request or a resolved badge as proof of receipt. Mixed casino and sportsbook use is labelled; unspecified games remain unspecified.
How to read the findings
The selection is editorial, not a survey or an exhaustive census. People choose whether to post, and complaint sites attract problems. We don't average incompatible platform ratings or turn these reports into a complaint rate.
Where the evidence stops
This is a selected reading of public reports, not a survey or a measure of how often problems occur. We have not independently verified identities, balances, account locations, transfers or private complaint evidence. Trustpilot's Shuffle.com page says its rating is unavailable for a guidelines breach and that fake reviews were removed. That notice does not identify any review selected here as fake, but it adds a reason to read individual accounts cautiously. A profile country does not establish permitted access. Older cases may involve earlier terms or licences. Nothing here establishes a typical payout time, a current unpaid balance, game fairness or our own live-table experience.
Trustpilot experience dates are shown separately from publication and update dates in each source note. Casino Guru submission and closure dates are retained. Where AskGamblers exposed only a relative age, we say so and use the checking date rather than invent an exact publication date. Explicit dates inside player accounts are labelled as those events.
Have a payment question? Compare these experiences with the published withdrawal routes and limits. For an existing dispute, use the local escalation guidance.
Suggest a source or a correctionMobile and support
The public help centre covers wallet steps, verification and payment problems. Live chat is advertised around the clock, with support@shuffle.com as the email contact. We have not tested how quickly an agent answers or how well a live table runs on a phone.
Help and contact information
On a smaller screen, check that the full bet amount, game rules and account controls are easy to reach before you play. The photos in this review are credited product images, not a record of our own casino session.
ID checks and account rules
Have valid photo ID ready before your first withdrawal. Additional identity or source-of-funds checks may follow. Use only your own payment methods.
Shuffle permits one account per person. Shared household, device or payment connections must be disclosed and need written approval. Ask before opening a second household account, rather than trying to explain it during a withdrawal review.
Identity and connected-account conditions
Use clear colour photographs of the original ID document, with all edges visible. The Level 2 guide rejects screenshots. Address evidence follows separate rules, so check the exact request rather than repeatedly uploading the same file.
What the document guides require
Limits and taking a break
Shuffle Wise offers daily, weekly and monthly wager or loss limits. Its help page describes a one-day wait for limit changes, including reductions. We have not tested that process.
Published limit settings
Self-exclusion needs a follow-up
The published policy starts with a 24-hour cooldown. An email then asks you to extend the exclusion; if you do not act within the next 24 hours, the account becomes unrestricted. Confirm the final duration and choose both casino and sports if you want to stop both. A casino-only exclusion leaves sports available.
If you cannot log in after excluding, contact support about returning your balance. Our independent support page has help beyond the casino.
Self-exclusion steps and balance assistance
Licence, countries and complaints
Shuffle.com is operated by Natural Nine B.V. The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate names the exact domain and shows licence OGL/2024/1337/0628 as active when checked on 5 October 2026.
Operator disclosure and regulator certificate
This international .com review does not cover Shuffle.us. Check the full restricted-country list and your local requirements. An accessible page or familiar currency does not establish local authorisation.
If you need to complain
Send support a concise account of what happened, the relevant transaction references and the outcome you are asking for. Keep the replies and the terms you relied on. An independent complaint record can help document a dispute; it does not guarantee payment. The CGA accepts regulatory information but says it does not settle individual payment disputes or order compensation. We have not verified a named independent adjudicator for this contract.
Account terms and the regulator's complaints role
Other casinos to compare
For another international crypto-focused review, compare Duelbits or Rollbit, paying particular attention to payment checks and bonus conditions. Country restrictions still apply to each.

Questions players ask
Can I use Shuffle.com in the UK?
No. The site's terms exclude the UK. See our UK live casino guide for the local picture. This review covers Shuffle.com, not Shuffle.us.
Do I need ID to withdraw?
Yes, before your first withdrawal. Further document requests are possible. See the ID checks section for document guidance.
What is the welcome bonus?
Shuffle publishes a 100% first-deposit promotion up to $1,000, with a $20 minimum. It also advertises other offers. Read the conditions of the specific promotion before accepting one.
Can I use the bonus on live games?
Eligible live games can count, but not every game contributes equally. A game can require much more betting than the headline multiplier suggests. The optional worked example explains why.
Are withdrawals instant?
There is no guaranteed general payout time. Interac and PIX help pages quote up to 30 minutes, but verification or account checks can hold a request. We have not timed a withdrawal.
Are the player reports your own experiences?
No. They are attributed public accounts from other players. We check what the sources say and whether a later outcome is recorded; we do not claim to have authenticated the transactions.
Is Shuffle Originals Blackjack a live game?
No. It is a digital game. Shuffle Blackjack 1 is a separate live table. Both appear in the game list, with the difference labelled.

Researched 5 October 2026. Each card identifies its public evidence and date limits. Public descriptions do not establish current account access, stakes or eligibility. Supplier material explains the format.
Shuffle Blackjack 1Blackjack · Pragmatic Play LiveShuffle-branded seated live blackjack
A dedicated live table. Shuffle publishes eight decks, a 3:2 natural blackjack payout and a dealer who stands on all 17s.
Worth checking: Check the table Help before playing. Published rules allow one split and doubling after a split, except aces.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
Public operator text establishes a published listing only. No account, game launch, country eligibility, open seat, current stake or account-specific rule check was performed. The precise rules come from the operator's named table page, not an independent table test or a generic supplier rulebook.
Infinite BlackjackBlackjack · EvolutionShared initial cards, individual decisions
Everyone starts with the same two cards, then chooses how to play their own hand.
Worth checking: An unlimited-player format removes the need for a fixed seat; you still wait for the betting window.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
Public operator text establishes a published listing only. No account, game launch, country eligibility, open seat, current stake or account-specific rule check was performed. Supplier explanation describes the general format. It does not independently establish current Shuffle table configuration or access.
Lightning BlackjackBlackjack · EvolutionLive blackjack with a fee and next-round multipliers
The supplier adds a fee equal to your initial bet. An earned multiplier applies to a subsequent winning round.
Worth checking: A $10 initial bet needs $20 with the fee, before any later betting decisions. This is an illustration, not a table minimum.

Lightning RouletteRoulette · EvolutionPhysical automatic wheel, presenter and digital multipliers
Selected numbers get boosted payouts. A straight-up win without a multiplier pays 29:1 under the supplier rules.
Worth checking: A bet on red, black or a dozen does not receive a number's multiplier; the eligible bet is straight-up.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
Public operator text establishes a published listing only. No account, game launch, country eligibility, open seat, current stake or account-specific rule check was performed. Supplier explanation describes the general format. It does not independently establish current Shuffle table configuration or access.

Supplier explanation describes the general format. It does not independently establish current Shuffle table configuration or access.
PowerUP RouletteRoulette · Pragmatic Play LiveLive wheel with linked bonus spins
A PowerUP result can lead into another bonus spin, with up to five PowerUP rounds in one game.
Worth checking: Read what qualifies your bet for the extra rounds. One displayed multiplier is not the return on every chip.

Mega RouletteRoulette · Pragmatic Play LivePublished live multiplier-roulette listing
Shuffle names Mega Roulette separately from its other roulette games. Its category describes multipliers on straight-up bets.
Worth checking: Confirm the exact title and paytable. Do not apply Mega Roulette 3000's rules to this older-named listing.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
Public operator text establishes a published listing only. No account, game launch, country eligibility, open seat, current stake or account-specific rule check was performed. Supplier announcement distinguishes the successor Mega Roulette 3000 from the original. It is not used as the rulebook for Shuffle's Mega Roulette listing.
Live BaccaratBaccarat · EvolutionConventional live baccarat listing
Shuffle's baccarat table names an Evolution live-dealer entry without a multiplier feature.
Worth checking: Check the actual table's Banker commission, payout exceptions and optional side bets. No specific room limits were verified.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
Public operator text establishes a published listing only. No account, game launch, country eligibility, open seat, current stake or account-specific rule check was performed. Supplier overview was read through its indexed text. The operator names a general live entry; no particular table or current paytable was loaded.
Lightning BaccaratBaccarat · EvolutionLive cards with digital Lightning Cards
Random Lightning Cards can multiply a qualifying winning hand. The supplier adds a 20% fee to the total bet.
Worth checking: A $10 bet requires $12 including the fee. This arithmetic example is not a Shuffle minimum stake.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
Public operator text establishes a published listing only. No account, game launch, country eligibility, open seat, current stake or account-specific rule check was performed. Supplier explanation describes the general format. It does not independently establish current Shuffle table configuration or access.
Golden Wealth BaccaratBaccarat · EvolutionLive deal with five digital Golden Cards
Five Golden Cards add multiplier possibilities to a winning hand. The supplier states a 20% Golden Card fee.
Worth checking: Include the fee in your round cost. The operator and supplier multiplier lists differ, so check the actual rules.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
Public operator text establishes a published listing only. No account, game launch, country eligibility, open seat, current stake or account-specific rule check was performed. Supplier indexed text supported the format and fee. Direct opening returned a region-restriction notice; no bypass was attempted. Operator-specific paytable and RTP claims were not adopted.
Peek BaccaratBaccarat · EvolutionLive baccarat with an extra betting decision
A 20% feature fee buys a peek at one to four cards, after which the bet can be doubled or tripled.
Worth checking: This format can ask for more money after the first bet. Check the fee and increase rules before joining.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
Public operator text establishes a published listing only. No account, game launch, country eligibility, open seat, current stake or account-specific rule check was performed. The supplier confirms the 20% feature fee and double/triple choice. Its public page does not settle all fee treatment after an increase, so no final-cost calculator is asserted.
Crazy TimeGame shows · EvolutionLive money wheel and four distinct bonus games
Choose number bets or Cash Hunt, Pachinko, Coin Flip and Crazy Time bonus positions.
Worth checking: You need a bet on the bonus that lands to win from it. Covering more positions increases the round's total stake.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
Public operator text establishes a published listing only. No account, game launch, country eligibility, open seat, current stake or account-specific rule check was performed. Supplier explanation describes the general format. It does not independently establish current Shuffle table configuration or access.
MONOPOLY LiveGame shows · EvolutionLive wheel and an animated board bonus
The listing is called Monopoly; its description identifies the live money-wheel game with 2 ROLLS and 4 ROLLS bonuses.
Worth checking: The corresponding Rolls bet must be in place. This is a different title from MONOPOLY Big Baller.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
Public operator text establishes a published listing only. No account, game launch, country eligibility, open seat, current stake or account-specific rule check was performed. Supplier explanation describes the general format. It does not independently establish current Shuffle table configuration or access.
Mega BallGame shows · EvolutionLive ball draw with purchased bingo-style cards
Choose how many cards to buy and their value, then follow the draw for completed lines.
Worth checking: Total cost depends on both card count and card value. Published maximum-card descriptions conflict, so check the game.

Supplier explanation describes the general format. It does not independently establish current Shuffle table configuration or access.

The wheel offers six number bets and multiplier segments, with less bonus-game switching than Crazy Time.
Worth checking: The six numbers do not have equal chances. Read the wheel layout and payout for the chosen number.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
Public operator text establishes a published listing only. No account, game launch, country eligibility, open seat, current stake or account-specific rule check was performed. Supplier explanation describes the general format. It does not independently establish current Shuffle table configuration or access.
Casino Hold'emCasino poker · EvolutionCommunity-card poker against the dealer
Make a five-card hand using your two private cards and the five community cards, competing against the house.
Worth checking: This is not a player-versus-player poker room. Check further bet requirements and optional bonuses before the Ante.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
Public operator text establishes a published listing only. No account, game launch, country eligibility, open seat, current stake or account-specific rule check was performed. Supplier explanation describes the general format. It does not independently establish current Shuffle table configuration or access.
Three Card PokerCasino poker · EvolutionThree-card hands against the dealer
The dealer needs queen high to qualify. Pair Plus and Six Card Bonus are separate optional bets.
Worth checking: Main-hand and side-bet outcomes are assessed separately; winning one does not mean every bet wins.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
Public operator text establishes a published listing only. No account, game launch, country eligibility, open seat, current stake or account-specific rule check was performed. Supplier explanation describes the general format. It does not independently establish current Shuffle table configuration or access.
First Person BlackjackBlackjack · EvolutionAnimated RNG table with a separate Go Live option
The digital table lets you choose one or more of five hands. Go Live takes you to a separate dealer table.
Worth checking: First Person is not live dealer blackjack. Five $10 hands cost $50 before doubles, splits or side bets.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
Public operator text establishes a published listing only. No account, game launch, country eligibility, open seat, current stake or account-specific rule check was performed. Operator category explicitly names this game. Its individual route returned only a shell. Supplier classifies the animated game as RNG; no live availability is inferred.
Shuffle Originals BlackjackBlackjack · Shuffle GamesIn-house computer-dealt blackjack
Shuffle describes its Original as a digital game using an infinite deck, with each card drawn as if from a fresh deck.
Worth checking: Do not confuse this with Shuffle Blackjack 1, the separately listed Pragmatic Play live table.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
Public operator text establishes a published listing only. No account, game launch, country eligibility, open seat, current stake or account-specific rule check was performed. Shuffle is both operator and game maker for this Original. Classification and deck description are published claims, not an independent audit of its fairness implementation.
CCTV Game - Rush HourFootage games · 155.ioTraffic footage with a separately selected winning market
The operator lists vehicle-count betting. Supplier documents say a random draw selects the winning market, with boundaries fitted around the camera count.
Worth checking: This is not live dealer play. Check the game rules: operator and supplier published return figures differ.
Shuffle listing · Supplier explanation
No account, game launch, observed traffic round or verification of an actual bet. Published listing does not establish country or account availability. Classification follows the supplier technical description. Footage is not evidence that the bet outcome is decided solely by uncontrolled traffic. No fixed RTP, odds or live-video provenance is asserted.
Compare the offers and how bonus playthrough works
Keep the offer and its conditions together
The separate 200% page lists a $100 minimum, a $1,000 maximum qualifying deposit and 40 times the deposit plus bonus in wagering. Those detailed conditions were visible in indexed official text; confirm the offer attached to your account. They are different from the 100% offer summarised above.
A small worked example
Suppose an eligible offer matches a $20 deposit with $20 and requires 35 times their combined amount. That is $1,400 of qualifying progress. If an eligible game counts at 25%, it takes $5,600 of bets to reach that figure. These are assumptions, not a recommendation or a prediction of losses.
Shuffle's general formula uses the game edge it publishes, divided by 4%, to calculate contribution. In this example, a 1% edge gives 25% contribution. Check the specific game and offer; excluded games count for nothing.
Offer sources and contribution formula
Choosing between the live and digital versions
Shuffle Originals Blackjack is digital; Shuffle Blackjack 1 has a live dealer. Likewise, Evolution's First Person games are digital versions with an option to move to a separate live game. A familiar provider or table-game name is not enough to tell them apart.
The game cards show the source for each classification. For the basics, our blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game-show guides explain the choices without assuming you already know the rules.
Rush Hour uses footage, with a different result system
Shuffle also lists Rush Hour from 155.io. Its traffic pictures can look live, but the supplier says its random system chooses the winning market. It is a different format from watching a dealer deal cards. We have not audited a played round.
Operator listing and supplier explanation
155.io's Rush Hour interface uses traffic footage, but the supplier says an RNG chooses the winning market. It is a footage-based game, separate from a live dealer table. This is a supplier example, not our Shuffle session.
Supplier interface image checked 5 October 2026; original image date not supplied · 155.ioPlayer complaints: what happened in each case

Rakeback and other rewards
Shuffle's rakeback guide describes a reward based on a small share of the game's theoretical house edge. It is not a fixed refund of your stake or of money you actually lose. Live dealer games are included in that guide.
Daily rewards require an eligible VIP level. Weekly and monthly rewards depend on recent play, with a claim deadline at the next issue. Reloads have their own claim windows, and missed claims can expire. Check the amount and deadline shown to you; extra betting to chase a reward can cost more than the reward is worth.
How we checked this review
Research checked 5 October 2026. We read Shuffle's public terms, offer pages, payment guides and game descriptions, checked the regulator certificate, and compared selected game descriptions with supplier material. Individual game and player sources are linked beside their entries.
The game list is a researched selection, not a live table count. A public listing does not confirm access, an open seat, a minimum stake or a particular setting in your account. We have not deposited, played, withdrawn, submitted ID, tested support or tested the account controls.
Player accounts are selected public reports, not a representative survey. They cannot establish a complaint rate, average payout speed or the fairness of game outcomes. No combined score is calculated. Important unknowns are left visible rather than filled with estimates.
