Image details

Rollbit combines familiar dealer tables, animated live games and its own casino games. It is geared towards crypto users, with ongoing rewards rather than a fixed welcome package. Some rewards arrive in stages, so the amount shown is not necessarily available straight away.

Product previewHow the rewards calendar is laid out

Rollbit's 2023 guide illustrates the difference between claimed, pending and locked rewards. It is a dated interface example, useful for understanding the calendar rather than a promise about today's amounts or claim schedule.

Deposits and withdrawals

The payment guide dated 15 August 2026 gives separate minimums for deposits and withdrawals. Bitcoin is a useful example of why one number cannot stand for both.

AssetPublished deposit minimumPublished withdrawal minimum
BTC0.0001 BTC0.0002 BTC
ETH0.002 ETH0.002 ETH
SOL0.05 SOL0.05 SOL
LTC0.01 LTC0.01 LTC
USDT / USDC$5$5

The operator warns that deposits below its minimum will not credit and cannot be recovered by support. It lists no platform charge beyond on-chain fees, with the withdrawal fee previewed before sending. Check the live cashier, exact network and receiving wallet; these figures are not exchange-rate conversions or personalised quotes.

A confirmation count is not a stopwatch

Rollbit's older help pages explain network confirmations and withdrawal status checks. A request can still need operator review before a blockchain transfer exists. We have not measured a cashout average, so the former instant-payout label has been removed.

The player perspective

What players report

20selected player accounts20 across all locations · 3 platforms

The awkward question with Rollbit is what happens after a withdrawal needs a closer look. Some players describe smooth payments. Others describe weeks of questions about linked accounts. We followed the public records to see which stories actually have an ending.

Checked 5 October 2026. Self-reported experiences from a selected sample; transactions haven't been independently verified. Twenty selected accounts about Rollbit.com across three platforms, with ten outcome checks. Account and payment disputes include sportsbook use, clearly labelled on each card. AskGamblers entries are forum posts. These are other people's accounts, not our own play or cashouts.

01

The same question can lead to different endings

Linked-account questions appear in several payment complaints. Starasolin later reported receiving the money; Liam's review has no later ending.

02

Read past the closed-case badge

Fation7's complaint was rejected because the team could not assess the sports-betting dispute. That does not mean the casino was vindicated.

03

A processed payment still leaves a question

Bruno describes a deposit-sized payment being processed, while winnings remained disputed. The report does not confirm wallet arrival.

How we put these meta reviews together

What we included

Identifiable public authors describing a concrete experience, including successes, problems and follow-ups. Each card preserves the source, location evidence, date and reported outcome. Country-profile labels don't verify an account's jurisdiction.

What we left out

We left out duplicate cross-posts, second-hand retellings, short promotional praise and game-rigging claims based only on losses. Account and withdrawal cases involving sports betting are included where useful, with their product scope labelled. They are not presented as live casino experiences. Rollbit.co.uk material and posts whose domain could not be established were not mixed into this Rollbit.com sample.

How to read the findings

The selection is editorial, not a survey or an exhaustive census. People choose whether to post, and complaint sites attract problems. We don't average incompatible platform ratings or turn these reports into a complaint rate.

Where the evidence stops

This is editorial selection, not a representative survey. We have not verified identities, account locations, balances, private case material or transfers. Profile countries do not establish permitted access, and the Ontario label does not establish a locally authorised account. Historical cases may predate the current licence, terms or site version. We count recognisable cross-posts once, but different names may still belong to one person. Positive reports do not authenticate payment speed; unresolved records do not establish that funds remain unpaid today. Most evidence concerns account handling. One older post mentions unspecified live games alongside sports, and X-crash and coinflip are not live dealer tables. There is no independently verified live-table test, payout average, combined rating or game-fairness finding here.

Experience, publication, complaint and closure dates are kept separate. Where the source exposes only a day and month or a relative age, we keep that limit visible. The checking date is not the date of the experience. Public usernames identify source accounts, not independently verified people.

Have a payment question? Compare these experiences with the published withdrawal routes and limits. For an existing dispute, use the local escalation guidance.

Mobile, support and account controls

The gallery shows supplier layouts and clearly dated operator examples. It helps explain how the formats differ, but is not a mobile speed or usability test. On a smaller screen, the useful checks are whether you can read the full stake, open the rules and find the account controls without hunting around.

Rollbit's help centre describes authenticator-based two-factor authentication. It also lists self-service exclusion for up to 21 days, with longer periods requested through support, plus deposit and loss limits. The guide says self-exclusion disables the whole account, including non-gambling features.

Published security and player controls

We did not test those controls or support response times. If you need a restriction, get its start, duration and balance arrangements confirmed in writing. Our safer-gambling page links to independent help.

Account checks and rules

Rollbit's KYC guide says an account may require verification through level 5. It tells users with a declined or pending submission lasting more than 24 hours to contact support. That is a follow-up threshold, not a promise that a withdrawal or document check will finish within a day.

Official KYC levels and follow-up guidance

Several selected players describe questions about linked accounts. We report those experiences without assuming either that every allegation is correct or that every operator flag was justified. Ask for the exact reason, keep the replies and use the official secure route for identity documents.

Don't turn an old $10 rule into a new universal rule

The new-account withdrawal guide, dated May 2022, describes $10 deposited and $10 wagered. It does not say every deposit must be wagered once. Its broad old wording also cannot cancel today's verification requests or token-specific minimums.

Old new-account guidance beside the newer requirements

The linked general terms returned an application shell in our retrieval. We could read the help articles and licence data, but do not claim a complete current contract audit. Save the terms that apply to your account before relying on a promotion or a payment route.

Operator's full terms link

Licence and complaints

Give Rollbit support the account or transaction reference, a short timeline and the remedy you are asking for. For a disputed game, include the game and round reference. Keep the acknowledgement and ask for a written final response.

Anjouan's published process directs a complaint through the operator's interactive licence seal. It specifies 14 days for game-outcome disputes and 30 days for account, payment or bonus disputes, with 30 days for the operator's response before the stated ADR escalation route.

Authority complaint process and deadlines

The authority says it does not mediate individual disputes. Its process excludes players in restricted territories and claims outside licensed gaming. The authorised-provider list does not tell us which ADR provider Rollbit has appointed. Ask for the named provider and applicable procedure; do not assume a public forum post preserves an official deadline or guarantees recovery.

Regulator's remit and approved ADR list

That distinction also matters when reading our meta reviews. AskGamblers forum posts are player discussions, not formal complaint decisions. A mediator closing a sportsbook case outside its expertise does not decide who was right about the underlying payment.

Start with the right edition

This is the international .com review

Rollbit's country guidance excludes UK residents from rollbit.com. Other territories and individual game providers have restrictions too. A country missing from a short summary is not automatically accepted, and a currency or provider logo cannot settle that question.

Official restricted-country guidance

We did not verify blanket permission to use a VPN. Do not use one to get around a restriction. For local research, start with our country guides and the rules for the exact site and account you are considering.

Rollbit also markets products beyond casino gaming. Its current indexed footer says its crypto-trading service is outside the gaming licence. This review covers the casino evidence and does not assess that separate financial product.

Questions players ask

Can I use Rollbit.com in the UK?

The international site's country policy excludes UK residents. This review is about rollbit.com, not a separate UK service. Our UK guide is the relevant starting point for British-market research.

Is Rollbit still licensed in Curacao?

The current Anjouan register names Acacia Tech Ltd and lists rollbit.com. The old Bull Gaming records have different status labels, explained in our licence comparison. The old Curaçao entry should not be presented as current authorisation.

Where can I check Rollbit's reward conditions?

The official guide is linked beside our release checker. Keep a copy of the conditions shown for your own reward.

Is X-Roulette a live roulette table?

No. It is Rollbit's computer-generated multiplier game. The game finder separates it from dealer tables and from Animo's live-performance presentation.

Does a resolved complaint prove the player received their money?

Read the actual ending. Some records confirm receipt; others confirm only restored access or processing. The outcome explorer keeps those separate.

Have you tested the cashier, games or support?

No. We have researched public documents and attributed player accounts. The credited images are operator or supplier material, with older examples clearly dated.

  • City RouletteRoulette · Animo StudiosLive human performance presented through virtual charactersPublic operator article

Rollbit named City Roulette in its September 2026 Animo promotion. The supplier describes real dealers and physical equipment behind its virtual presentation.

Worth checking: The pictured or animated host does not by itself tell you whether a game is live or RNG. The cited promotion ended on 1 October 2026.

    Rollbit reference · Supplier explanation

The dated Rollbit article was directly readable on 5 October 2026. It documents a promotion from 24 September to 1 October 2026, not a current offer or a fresh game launch. Availability and title-specific rules were not tested. Animo describes human dealers operating physical equipment while appearing as virtual characters. This explains its presentation technology, not the title-specific paytable or a current Rollbit stream.

Rollbit named Port Roulette in a June 2026 promotion. Animo describes its technology as live human performance with virtual characters.

Worth checking: The June event is over. Its 36x condition used the total round bet, so a win on one covered number was not enough on its own.

Pick a target multiplier. The operator guide says a bet pays when the round result reaches or exceeds that target; several bets can share the same round.

Worth checking: A 3x return on a 10-unit bet credits 30 units, a 20-unit profit. Other bets in that round must still be deducted.

    Rollbit reference · Supplier explanation

The operator's guide, published on 5 April 2021, was directly readable on 5 October 2026. It explains the format, but its old maximum-profit and funding figures are not treated as current terms. No round was played. Rollbit is also the developer here. Its historical guide describes outcome verification; we have not audited its code, seed ceremony or a real round. That mechanism is separate from supplier live games.

Understand how rewards are paid

Original comparison · follow the release, not just the headline

How much of that reward arrives straight away?

Enter a nominal reward amount, then choose its type. We split an amount you already know or want to illustrate; we cannot predict what a personalised bonus will be worth.

Credited immediately when claimed20 units
Allocated to the calendar80 units

Calendar allocation: 30 days. This portion is not yet in the main balance.

Calculation and what it leaves open

Immediate amount = nominal reward × published immediate fraction. Calendar allocation = nominal reward minus that amount. We do not assume equal instalments, a particular first-unlock time, successful claims, withdrawal eligibility or account-specific rounding.

Calendar unlocks: 00:00, 08:00 and 16:00 UTC. Unclaimed portions expire 24 hours after unlocking.

And how is the base rakeback amount calculated?

Base rakeback is 5% of the house-edge amount. Try hypothetical turnover and an assumed edge below; the percentage is not applied to your whole stake.

1,000 × 2% = 20 units of theoretical house edge. Five per cent gives 1 nominal reward: 0.5 immediate and 0.5 for the calendar.

This illustrates base rakeback only. It cannot predict session losses, personalised bonuses or actual credits; temporary boosts are excluded.

Release rules: Rollbit's rewards guide, dated 15 August 2026. Checked 5 October 2026.

Bonus Balance rules and past promotion examples

Bonus Balance has its own rules

The dedicated Bonus Balance article, dated December 2023, describes a separate balance with 5x wagering before transfer to the main balance. It excludes trading, Challenges, Bonus Battles and NFT Lootboxes. That page does not establish a universal live-table contribution rate.

Read the separate Bonus Balance rules

Keep the source of a reward, its balance type and its release conditions together. We have not used the article's unsupported chance-of-completion claim to estimate what a bonus is worth.

Original investigation · two different denominators

A winning chip is not the whole round

Historical examples, not open offers. The City event ended on 1 October 2026; the Port event ended on 14 June 2026. These tools explain their arithmetic, not eligibility for a new promotion.

Both events measured the multiplier against the total round stake. A result shown beside one successful chip can therefore look very different once the other bets are included.

Gross return ÷ total round stake (rounded)18x
Net result: return minus stake170 units
Ended eventThresholdArithmetic check only
City, September/October 202630xBelow this multiplier threshold
Port, June 202636xBelow this multiplier threshold

For a familiar illustration, two separate 5-unit straight-up bets cost 10 units. If one returns 180 units under ordinary 35:1 rules, the round returns 18x its total stake. The winning chip's 36x gross return does not make the whole round a 36x result.

Definitions and limits

Gross return includes the returned winning stake; profit excludes all stakes committed. Multiplier = gross return ÷ total stake. Threshold checks use the exact entered hundredths, not the rounded multiplier shown. The illustration does not assume City Roulette uses a particular payout or confirm that any actual bet would have qualified. Minimum bets, approved games, account checks and other event rules still mattered.

A share of an $8,000 pool is not an $8,000 prize

Try a hypothetical final share total. The City event capped each participant at ten shares. We have not obtained the final total or individual payouts.

Your fraction of the example pool1%
$8,000 × your shares ÷ all shares$80

This models only the shared pool. It excludes the separate most-wins award, disqualifications and any subsequent adjustment. It is not a forecast of anyone's winnings or a reason to keep betting.

Sources, dates and the questions still open

How we put this review together

Research date: 5 October 2026. We checked official help articles, dated promotions, supplier material, the Anjouan register, the earlier CGA certificate and the CGA register dated 2 October. Rollbit's current operator disclosure was available in indexed site text. The full legal app pages were not readable as a complete contract.

Original arithmetic

The release tool separates a nominal reward from an immediate credit and calendar allocation. The promotion tools divide total returns by total stakes, and a shared pool by all qualifying shares. Assumptions are visible; no return forecast or observed payout is implied.

Player evidence

20 selected accounts across 3 platforms, with 10 outcome checks. We distinguish explicit receipt, partial payment, access or processing, unresolved mediation and closure without a payout finding.

The game selection includes 17 indexed listings and three readable dated articles. Two entries are computer-generated formats. A historical reference or supplier explanation cannot establish current access, stakes or promotion eligibility.

The player sample is editorial and non-random. It cannot establish a complaint rate, a reliable withdrawal average or whether a game's results were fair. Account and payment histories may include sports activity; those records are labelled and do not become live-table tests. Older cases may predate the current operator.

We did not open an account, place a bet, deposit, withdraw, submit ID, test support or exercise player controls. No geographic restriction was bypassed. We also have not independently authenticated public reviewers' identities or transactions.

Our editorial approach explains the wider method. If you have a current official rule, a named complaint provider or a dated correction, send us the source.
