7Bit offers familiar live tables and game shows from several providers. Its welcome package is better suited to slot players: live bets do not count towards the bonus requirement. The website also gives conflicting company and licence details.

Bonuses and welcome offers

Up to €5,400 plus 250 free spins across four deposits; qualifying deposits start at €20. Bonus amount must be wagered 35 times within 14 days; live games do not count.

Welcome wagering is 35x, with a 14-day window and a €1 maximum per spin. That welcome-specific limit is lower than the general €5 rule. Cash is used first and the deposit is locked with the bonus; cancellation forfeits the bonus and linked winnings. Progressive jackpots are excluded. Spins need activating within 24 hours and finishing within one day.

Welcome-specific conditions

The contribution schedule distinguishes live games at 0%, eligible other games at 5%, and eligible slots at 100%. Those percentages describe progress towards wagering, not the likelihood of winning.

The published contribution schedule

Even the maximum package needs context

In the model, deposits of €400, €800, €800 and €4,000 reach all four caps: €5,400 in bonuses against €6,000 deposited. That is a combined 90% match. It shows how the headline is assembled, not an amount we suggest depositing. Caps and different stage rates mean the combined percentage changes with your chosen amounts.

One cap we could not reconcileThe general terms set a €20 no-deposit winnings cap; the registration-spin offer names €50. Ask for the specific applicable clause in writing rather than assuming the larger figure wins.
Compare the conflicting no-deposit caps

A completion counter, bonus balance and withdrawable balance answer different questions. Save the actual offer terms and ask which balance a quoted limit applies to. The cash-deposit condition is separate; ask how it applies alongside any bonus.

Deposits and withdrawals

The FAQ gives general minimums of €10 for deposits and €20 for withdrawals, with method-dependent conditions. It says processing is typically instant for players with approved ID. That is an operator claim, not a measured end-to-end time.

Minimums and the operator's timing claim

The general terms target processing within 72 hours after approval. Published limits are €10,000 per seven days and €40,000 per calendar month, with progressive jackpots exempt. We have not timed a withdrawal or resolved every reset-date detail.

Processing and limit clauses

If a request stalls, record three timestamps: submission, approval and money received. Ask which stage is outstanding and whether a specific document is missing. This makes a support answer much easier to compare with the published wording.

Buying crypto and withdrawing it are different journeys

7Bit's guide takes a buyer through asset and network selection, a fiat amount, a payment option and a partner provider. A card or Apple Pay option in that flow does not establish a matching casino withdrawal route.

Before the purchase

Compare the amount charged with the asset amount received. Check the provider, conversion quote and any extra fees. A recognisable payment logo does not tell you the total cost.

Before the cashout

Check the casino's permitted return method, exact asset and network, minimum and approval requirements. Use the current cashier details; a guide screenshot is a map of the process.

Purchase guide and public payment information
Product previewComparing the payment quotes

7Bit's example displays a payment-method row and provider quotes before the external payment step. The shown methods, amounts and bonus tiles are illustrative. Check the live quote, fees and regional availability before proceeding.

Operator-published guide; capture date unstated, checked 2 October 2026 · 7Bit Casino operator guide screenshot.

The public payment page did not expose a usable method-by-method fee table in our retrieval. We have therefore left fees unpriced rather than repeating an unverified percentage. Network or provider charges can sit outside a casino's own fee.

Even without a bonus, deposits must be wagered three times, or ten times on table and live games. Ask support how mixed play is counted. The optional deposit calculator explains the rule.

The player perspective

What players report

20selected player accounts20 across all locations · 5 platforms

Quick-payment praise sits alongside verification, bonus-cap and account disputes. The most useful evidence is often the follow-up: what actually changed, and whether money arrived.

Checked 2 October 2026. Self-reported experiences from a selected sample; transactions haven't been independently verified. Twenty selected accounts across five platforms cover payments, games, support and account handling. Exact dates, dated events and relative ages are identified separately. One complaint summary explicitly identifies Ontario; none establishes a current live-table test.

01

What does a quick-payment review prove?

Positive reports are useful personal accounts. Without a method, amount and elapsed time, they cannot support a general payout-speed promise.

02

Follow the outcome, not the status badge

The ledger separates explicit receipt from verification completed, funds offered, upheld refusals and procedural closure.

How we put these meta reviews together

What we included

Identifiable public authors describing a concrete experience, including successes, problems and follow-ups. Each card preserves the source, location evidence, date and reported outcome. Country-profile labels don't verify an account's jurisdiction.

What we left out

Sports-only betting disputes, copied quotations of another player's story, obvious promotional posts and unsupported claims of rigged games based only on losses. The same person's follow-ups remain one account.

How to read the findings

The selection is editorial, not a survey or an exhaustive census. People choose whether to post, and complaint sites attract problems. We don't average incompatible platform ratings or turn these reports into a complaint rate.

Where the evidence stops

This selected sample is not representative and cannot establish a complaint rate, typical withdrawal speed or combined rating. Authors, locations and transfers are not authenticated. Profile locations do not establish legal eligibility; Canada alone does not identify Ontario. Trustpilot listings change, and some extracts show only review highlights. Some complaint exchanges are omitted or private. Historical terms and payments are not current promises. We did not deposit, wager or test an authenticated account.

Exact dates are shown where available. AskGamblers displays relative ages, retained as seen on the checking date. We group apparently distinct public authors, but cannot establish whether different usernames belong to one person.

Have a payment question? Compare these experiences with the published withdrawal routes and limits. For an existing dispute, use the local escalation guidance.

Mobile, support and account controls

7Bit advertises an app-like experience across phones and computers. We found its browser and installation presentation, but did not verify an app-store listing, install software or test a device.

The operator's app page
Product previewThe mobile lobby presentation

The operator's app-page artwork shows its lobby and navigation on phones. It is a supplied product illustration, not our mobile test or proof of a native app-store download. Pictured promotions are not verified current offers.

Operator product artwork checked 2 October 2026; capture date unstated · 7Bit Casino app-page artwork.

Before placing a bet, find the table rules, chip value, recent bets and account controls on your screen. If any are obscured, stop there. An attractive lobby does not tell you how a game handles a dropped connection.

The About page advertises round-the-clock chat and email support. Its promise of human help sits alongside a privacy policy that describes AI-assisted communications. We did not test either route or measure response times.

Support claims and communications policy

Useful questions are specific: "Which turnover counter is blocking this withdrawal?", "Which document remains outstanding?" or "Which legal entity holds my account?" Save the answer with the date. A friendly greeting is welcome, but a precise answer is what resolves the issue.

Account checks and rules

The privacy policy describes identity, address, payment and source-of-funds information, alongside device and activity data. It also allows retention for at least five years after closure. We have not audited those systems.

The policy dated 17 June 2026

Keep a readable copy of the request and ask exactly what is missing. Use the operator's secure submission route for identity documents. Public complaint threads are a poor place to post account numbers, wallet history or identification.

The terms provide for a €20 monthly inactivity charge after twelve months. If you stop using an account, ask about the remaining balance and closure process.

Inactivity conditions

Controls worth understanding first

Limits and breaks: check what the control actually covers

The Play Safe page offers deposit, loss and bet limits across daily, weekly and monthly periods, with a 24-hour delay for increases. For crypto deposits through CoinsPaid, the general terms say upper deposit limits cannot be set. Its loss-limit wording covers deposited funds but excludes winnings. A chosen "loss limit" may therefore cover less than you expect.

It distinguishes time-outs, which reopen automatically, from fixed self-exclusion and permanent closure. It also says balances under fixed-term self-exclusion are paid after the exclusion period. Ask how an existing balance will be handled without postponing help or protection you need.

Read the precise control and balance rules

For independent help and blocking options, visit our safer gambling guide. Do not deposit or keep playing simply to satisfy a displayed target.

Licence and complaints

Two different identities appear on the site's own About page. This is not a small difference in spelling: the company and licensing authority both change.

The current footer

Saphirix Solutions S.R.L.
Costa Rica registration 3-102-933997.
Tobique licence 0000091.

Open the footer on the payments page

The About-page body

Scores55 Tech B.V.
Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1307/0748.

Compare the About page

The Tobique Gaming Commission register lists Saphirix Solutions S.R.L. as a B2C licensee, with expiry shown as 7 August 2027. That independently supports a company listing. We did not locate a certificate tying that entry specifically to 7bitcasino.com.

Check the regulator's company register

We have not labelled the domain independently licence-verified. Before relying on the licence claim, ask which company contracts with your account and for the exact-domain certificate. A foreign licence also does not settle permission under your local rules.

If you need to complain

Start with support and request a written final response. The terms name EGIS as an ADR route; we did not establish a working case-submission contact. The casino also describes AskGamblers' mediation service. That is a third-party complaints platform, not the licensing authority.

Published complaint routes

Keep the disputed amount, transaction references, offer terms and timeline together. An operator reply, a mediator's view and proof of money arriving each establish something different, as the case ledger shows.

Who is this 7Bit review for?

We researched 7bitcasino.com. Excluded examples: UK, US, Ontario and New Brunswick. Provider blocks also apply; VPN circumvention is prohibited.

Read the complete country list and VPN rule

A working page, a supported currency or a Canadian reviewer does not establish permission to play. Check the exact domain against the local framework. We have not inferred that every unlisted country is eligible.

There is also an unresolved operator and licence mismatch within 7Bit's own pages. We explain both versions below so you can see the evidence yourself.

Bonus and live-game fit

BitStarz explores contribution-weighted turnover. mBit examines live-play restrictions during a bonus. Read the conditions before comparing headline percentages.

Payments and market fit

FortuneJack examines conflicting payment details. The casino directory and country guides help you narrow the relevant edition and framework.

These are useful comparisons of documented features. They are not interchangeable recommendations or assurances that an operator accepts your location.

Questions players ask

Does 7Bit have live dealer games?

Its public pages reference Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live and Live88 formats. The game finder separates listing evidence from supplier descriptions and account availability.

Is the 325% welcome offer one deposit bonus?

No. It adds four stage percentages. With four example €100 deposits, the combined match is €325, or 81.25% of €400. Change the amounts in the welcome comparison.

Can live casino clear the welcome wagering?

The public contribution schedule assigns live games 0%. A longer session does not turn zero credit into progress.

Does declining a bonus remove every turnover condition?

No. The cash-deposit comparison explains the separate published playthrough rule.

Who operates 7Bit Casino?

The current footer names Saphirix Solutions S.R.L., while the About-page body names Scores55 Tech B.V. Our identity check sets out this unresolved mismatch and what the regulator's register actually confirms.

Is 7Bit available in Britain or Ontario?

See the country exclusions. A past complaint does not establish present eligibility.

Are crypto withdrawals anonymous or guaranteed instant?

Neither claim is supported by our checks. Identity information may be requested, and approval and money arrival are separate stages.

Did TopCasinos test an account?

No. This review combines source checks, attributed player accounts and reproducible calculations. We did not deposit, play, submit documents or test support.

Checked 2 October 2026. A public listing can remain visible where the game itself is unavailable. These are research references, not a live table count.

  • Crazy TimeGame shows · EvolutionLive host and wheel with digital bonus elementsCollection mention

Number bets are 1, 2, 5 and 10; four separate bonus spots lead to Coin Flip, Cash Hunt, Pachinko and Crazy Time. Only a bet on the triggered bonus spot qualifies for its winnings.

Worth checking: A 7Bit page also names Turkce Crazy Time; this does not verify the language or rules of every Crazy Time table.

7Bit listing reference · Supplier explanation

Named in public operator collection; exact launch, stakes and current access not tested. Opened official supplier product page; product facts do not establish 7Bit availability.

  • MONOPOLY LiveGame shows · EvolutionLive host and physical wheel; virtual board bonusCollection mention

Choose 1, 2, 5, 10, 2 ROLLS or 4 ROLLS. CHANCE is a wheel segment but not a bet spot. A corresponding Rolls bet is needed to receive that board bonus's prizes.

Worth checking: Operator copy suggests bets on Chance; supplier rules explicitly exclude Chance from the betting grid. Do not repeat the operator explanation.

7Bit listing reference · Supplier explanation

Named in public operator collection; exact launch, stakes and current access not tested. Opened official supplier product page; product facts do not establish 7Bit availability.

  • Mega BallGame shows · EvolutionLive host and ball machine with random bonus multipliersCollection mention

Twenty balls are drawn from 51, then a Mega Ball follows a generated 5x–100x multiplier. It boosts a card only if that Mega Ball completes a line; an incomplete line receives no such boost.

Worth checking: Supplier page conflicts on maximum cards (200 in introduction, 400 in instructions). Do not publish a fixed card cap or supplier stake range as verified 7Bit limits.

7Bit listing reference · Supplier explanation

Named in public operator collection; exact launch, stakes and current access not tested. Opened official supplier product page; product facts do not establish 7Bit availability.

  • Dream CatcherGame shows · EvolutionLive host and physical money wheelCollection mention

The wheel has 54 segments: 52 numbered segments plus 2x and 7x multiplier segments. A multiplier keeps existing bets in place and triggers another spin; successive multipliers compound.

Worth checking: Number options are 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 40. The chosen number affects the bet's outcomes; the same whole-game RTP must not be assigned to every bet.

7Bit listing reference · Supplier explanation

Named in public operator collection; exact launch, stakes and current access not tested. Opened official supplier product page; product facts do not establish 7Bit availability.

  • Lightning RouletteRoulette · EvolutionLive presenter, automated physical wheel and RNG multipliersCollection mention

An automated single-zero wheel is paired with 1–5 randomly selected lucky numbers carrying 50x–500x payouts. Only a straight-up bet can receive the winning number's multiplier. An unmultiplied straight-up win pays 29:1; other bet types retain standard roulette payouts.

Worth checking: This is not a blanket multiplier for red/black or every bet covering the winning number. The game selects lucky numbers; the player is not restricted to selecting one to five cells.

  • Infinite BlackjackBlackjack · EvolutionLive dealer and common initial hand; unlimited participationCollection mention

Everyone receives a shared initial two-card hand, then makes their own playing decisions. The supplier specifies Six Card Charlie and four optional side bets: Any Pair, 21+3, Hot 3 and Bust It.

Worth checking: Unlimited participation is different from betting behind another player's decisions. Supplier page does not establish the exact 7Bit table limits, shoe or complete paytable.

  • Speed BaccaratBaccarat · EvolutionDealer-led cards dealt face upCollection mention

The supplier advertises 27-second rounds versus 48 seconds for standard Baccarat, using face-up dealing and a shorter result display. This can increase total stakes in a fixed playing period.

Worth checking: These are supplier timing benchmarks, not measured 7Bit rounds. The active table's commission, tie and side-bet rules still determine returns.

  • Dragon TigerOther cards · EvolutionLive dealer; one-card comparisonCollection mention

One card represents Dragon and another Tiger; the higher rank wins. Supplier distinguishes the ordinary Tie side bet paying 11:1 from a Suited Tie paying 50:1.

Worth checking: A larger tie payout does not mean the tie bet is more likely to win. Main-bet tie settlement and exact table rules were not retrieved.

  • Live CrapsDice · EvolutionLive dice game with one-roll and multi-roll betsCollection mention

Two dice determine the results. Bets can resolve on one roll or continue across the Come Out and Point stages. Easy Mode reduces the visible betting grid; an interactive tutorial explains the bets.

Worth checking: Easy Mode changes the interface rather than establishing a better payout. Do not confuse Live Craps with the separately available RNG First Person edition.

7Bit listing reference · Supplier explanation

Named in public operator collection; exact launch, stakes and current access not tested. Opened official supplier product page; product facts do not establish 7Bit availability.

  • Blackjack Classic 48Blackjack · EvolutionConventional live-dealer blackjack tableReadable restricted title page

Evolution's classic product uses seven seats with Bet Behind, plus optional Perfect Pairs and 21+3. A seated player's own hand decisions differ from following another seat with Bet Behind.

Worth checking: The operator's exact table page is readable but reports a regional restriction; supplier rules describe the classic family, not table 48's current limits.

7Bit listing reference · Supplier explanation

Opened title page shows game unavailable for this region; no launch performed. Opened official supplier product page; product facts do not establish 7Bit availability.

  • Mega Roulette 3000Roulette · Pragmatic Play LivePresenter-led roulette with random multipliersCollection mention

Up to eight numbers receive 50x–3,000x multipliers each spin. The enhanced payouts apply to straight-up bets, so outside bets do not buy access to the advertised maximum.

Worth checking: Supplier product page states 97.50% RTP; its launch announcement calls this the maximum. Full per-bet paytable and active 7Bit version were not verified.

Named in public operator collection; exact launch, stakes and current access not tested. Opened official supplier product page; product facts do not establish 7Bit availability.

  • Triton Multiplier RouletteRoulette · Live88Live studio roulette with random multipliersCollection mention

The supplier specifies two to four multiplier numbers per round, ranging from 50x to 1,000x. They apply to straight-up wins.

Worth checking: No complete base payout or per-bet RTP table was retrieved. A headline multiplier should not be used as a return estimate.

  • Royal RichesRoulette · Live88Live roulette with collection bonus and multiplier featuresCollection mention

Winning straight-up bets on suit-marked numbers collect four suit colours to earn a key for Relic Hunt. That bonus uses the collection's average bet; players without a key can instead buy a separate Lucky Coin guess.

Worth checking: A current larger stake does not automatically set the collected bonus's stake basis. The additional Lucky Coin wager is separate from earning a key.

7Bit listing reference · Supplier explanation

Named in public operator collection; exact launch, stakes and current access not tested. Opened official supplier product page; product facts do not establish 7Bit availability.

  • Dragon TigerOther cards · Live88Live dealer with optional multiplier side betsCollection mention

The provider's Lucky Paws/Lucky Claws side bets reveal a multiplier after betting, then require the matching side's high card. Mystic5 instead predicts five rounds. These are separate from the basic Dragon/Tiger choice.

Worth checking: The operator's 1,000x headline belongs to optional features; do not present it as the regular main-bet payout or assign it to Evolution Dragon Tiger.

7Bit listing reference · Supplier explanation

Named in public operator collection; exact launch, stakes and current access not tested. Opened official supplier product page; product facts do not establish 7Bit availability.

  • Motion RouletteRoulette · Live88Live dealer with deliberately slower result presentationCollection format mention

The provider describes a pause between rounds and slow-motion presentation of the result. Its purpose is a more leisurely viewing pace.

Worth checking: 7Bit names motion as one of its Live88 roulette formats, not an exact open table. Slower presentation does not itself change wheel probabilities.

7Bit listing reference · Supplier explanation

Motion format named in operator provider collection; exact titled table not opened. Opened official supplier product page; product facts do not establish 7Bit availability.

  • Blackjack 2 VIPBlackjack · Live88Indexed live-dealer blackjack titleIndexed reference

Live88 supplies European and American live blackjack with configurable side bets. The exact version matters because a provider name alone does not establish how the dealer receives cards or what side bets cost.

Worth checking: The 7Bit title is search-indexed but direct open returned 403. Exact American/European variant, seat rules, minimum and paytable remain unverified.

7Bit listing reference · Supplier explanation

Title/provider indexed; direct open returned 403; no playable availability verified. Supplier family page, not exact table rules; separately identifies Blackjack88 as RNG.

  • Casino Hold'emPoker · EzugiLive dealer; house-banked pokerCollection mention

Build the best five-card hand from two player cards and five community cards to beat the dealer. Supplier also describes Bonus and Casino Razz Bonus bets.

Worth checking: This is house-banked poker, not a player-versus-player poker room. The optional bonuses need their own payout rules; do not quote a single RTP for every wager.

7Bit listing reference · Supplier explanation

Named in public operator collection; exact launch, stakes and current access not tested. Opened official supplier product page; product facts do not establish 7Bit availability.

  • Unlimited BlackjackBlackjack · EzugiLive dealer; unlimited participation with auto-splitCollection mention

Certain player pairs split automatically; the player can then continue with one or two hands. Supplier names Perfect Pairs, 21+3, Perfect 11 and Ten-20 side bets.

Worth checking: This is a distinct product from Evolution Infinite Blackjack. Do not transfer Six Card Charlie or another product's RTP merely because both allow unlimited participation.

7Bit listing reference · Supplier explanation

Named in public operator collection; exact launch, stakes and current access not tested. Opened official supplier product page; product facts do not establish 7Bit availability.

  • First Person RouletteRoulette · EvolutionAnimated single-zero wheel with RNG outcomesCollection mention

Single-zero RNG roulette lets the player set their own pace without a live table's betting timer. GO LIVE is a route to a different dealer-led table.

Worth checking: A GO LIVE button does not make the starting game live. The operator mentions the First Person roulette family rather than proving an exact current launch.

7Bit listing reference · Supplier explanation

Named in public operator collection; exact launch, stakes and current access not tested. Opened official supplier product page; product facts do not establish 7Bit availability.

  • First Person Super Sic BoDice · EvolutionAnimated RNG dice; no live dealerReadable title page

Three six-sided dice and random multiplier spots. Small, Big, Odd and Even all lose to a triple. GO LIVE switches to a separate live Super Sic Bo product.

Worth checking: 7Bit tags this title Live while its own body and supplier identify RNG. Operator publishes 97.22%, but a full per-bet RTP schedule was not independently verified.

7Bit listing reference · Supplier explanation

Public evidence only; no account, deposit or game launch. Opened official supplier product page; product facts do not establish 7Bit availability.

  • EZ Marble Race MonacoGame shows / racing · EzugiPre-recorded marble-race footageReadable title page

The supplier's Monaco announcement describes five marbles in pre-recorded races, with bets on winner, positions or order.

Worth checking: 7Bit tags the exact title Live. Do not confuse it with Evolution's separate six-marble live-hosted Marble Race. An RNG result-selection mechanism was not established by the exact Monaco excerpt.

7Bit listing reference · Supplier explanation

Public evidence only; no account, deposit or game launch. Exact primary supplier post available in search index; direct open failed. Official supplier family page separately confirms pre-recorded EZ Marble Race.

  • Real Roulette with BaileyRoulette · Real Dealer StudiosFilmed dealer presentation with RNG outcomesRestricted collection tile

Cinematic dealer footage is combined with RNG gameplay. The racetrack supports grouped French bets and the interface saves up to six favourite bet configurations.

Worth checking: Filmed interaction is not a live dealer. A French betting layout is not proof of La Partage or En Prison. Supplier lists 97.30% RTP; active operator configuration was not opened.

A six-card hand without busting wins automatically. Players may split equal-value initial cards or double any initial two-card hand. The optional 21+3 bet combines the player's first two cards and dealer upcard.

Worth checking: Supplier explicitly identifies RNG despite the filmed presenter. Its published 99.51% RTP is not proof of every side bet's return or of a user's actual session return.

Live, recorded and digital games: the differences

Three details the menu does not explain

Public descriptions checked on 2 October 2026
GameWhat needs separatingWhy it matters
MONOPOLY LiveChance is a wheel outcome, not a position you select for a bet.The game card points to the supplier's actual betting choices.
Lightning RouletteThe game selects lucky-number multipliers; the player does not choose them. Multiplier awards require qualifying straight-up bets.A coloured number on screen does not upgrade every bet covering it.
EZ Marble Race MonacoEzugi describes five marbles in a pre-recorded race, although the operator labels the title Live.Do not confuse it with Evolution's different six-marble, hosted product.

Operator and supplier links are attached to the corresponding cards. These are description checks, not findings that a game settled incorrectly.

Five entries are deliberately included as digital or recorded contrasts. The other eighteen references cover live or hybrid formats; that is a research sample, not eighteen currently accessible tables. We have not verified account-specific limits, seats, languages or paytables.

For the underlying rules, try our live roulette, live blackjack, live baccarat and game-show guides. The rule inspector helps turn a familiar game name into specific questions about its variant.

Original comparison · how table pace changes turnover

The same stake can cover a lot more ground

Evolution describes a standard baccarat round as 48 seconds and Speed Baccarat as 27. Here's what those published examples imply if someone bets the same amount every round.

Standard pace · 37.5 theoretical rounds€37.50 staked
Speed pace · 66.7 theoretical rounds€66.6667 staked

The faster example produces 77.8% more turnover in the same time. The stake per round has not changed. More turnover also means more money repeatedly exposed to the game's outcomes.

Reproduce the comparison

Theoretical rounds = minutes × 60 ÷ seconds per round. Turnover = rounds × stake. The speed ratio is 48 ÷ 27. Fractional rounds show a continuous-rate comparison, not a count of completed hands. Pauses, skipped bets and varying round times change the result.

These are supplier examples, not measured 7Bit table speeds. No result predicts wins, losses or bonus clearance. Live play's zero bonus contribution still applies.

Calculate the welcome-bonus stages

Original comparison · EUR welcome package

What does 325% actually give you?

Each percentage belongs to a different deposit. Change the examples to see the combined match and the wagering attached to it. Free-spin winnings are left out because their value is unknown.

Total example deposits€400.00
Combined match bonus€325.00
Bonus ÷ deposits81.25%
Qualifying stakes at 0%No progress

Live bets add nothing to the bonus wagering counter. A bigger live bet does not change a zero contribution. Each deposit bonus has to be handled separately; this comparison does not combine them into one active bonus.

Formula and limits

For each stage: bonus = the smaller of deposit × match percentage and that stage's cap. Combined rate = total bonus ÷ total deposits × 100. Wagering target = bonus × 35. Qualifying stakes = target ÷ contribution as a decimal. At 0%, no finite turnover clears the target.

Only the first consecutive deposits are modelled. The €20 minimum, individual caps and game exclusions still apply. Fractions of a cent remain visible where necessary; we have not assumed the cashier's rounding. This is turnover, not a deposit requirement or predicted loss. It does not model free-spin winnings, expiry, maximum bets, account eligibility or the chance of completion.

Skipping the bonus still leaves a playthrough rule

This illustrates clause 9.6 for cash play in one category. Enter figures already relevant to your account. The remaining amount is an explanation of the condition, not a suggestion to keep betting.

Illustrated cash-stake target€1,000.00
Unmet turnover in this example€750.00

€100.00 × 10 = €1,000.00; subtract €250.00 in assumed qualifying cash stakes.

What this calculation can and cannot tell you

Target = deposit × the stated multiple. Remaining turnover = the greater of zero and target minus qualifying cash stakes. Winnings and losses do not replace the stake total. A bet of €5 is €5 turnover whether it wins or loses.

We have not inferred how mixed game categories, unsettled bets or bonus play are counted. Ask support for the account's recorded deposit total, credited turnover and applicable clause. Several untouched deposits may be combined under the terms. Verification, fees, limits and any other account conditions remain separate.

Complaint cases: read the individual outcomes

Original investigation · follow the last update

Ten complaint endings, beyond the "resolved" badge

A closed complaint can mean money arrived, a verification problem was fixed, or nobody replied to the mediator. We followed ten public cases to their last readable update and kept those outcomes separate.

Receipt confirmed

Two selected cases include explicit player confirmation of payment.

A problem changed

Verification, an agreed restoration or a working withdrawal button still need a clear ending.

The record stops

Silence and procedural closure leave questions unanswered.

How this review was put together

Method, coverage and limits

Research was completed on 2 October 2026. We checked operator policies, the official Tobique company register, supplier descriptions and public player accounts. Conflicting identity and bonus-cap claims remain visible rather than being silently reconciled.

The game sample contains 23 references: eighteen live or hybrid examples and five digital or recorded contrasts. Listing evidence varies; the finder labels each source type. Supplier rules explain formats, not account access or the casino's current table configuration.

The player sample has twenty distinct accounts across five platforms: seven Trustpilot, three Casino Guru, six AskGamblers, two Casinomeister and two Reddit. Seven have 2026 dates, four have 2025 dates, four are earlier dated context and five retain relative or incomplete dates. We followed ten case endings separately.

This is a deliberate, non-random selection of useful positive and negative experiences. We cannot authenticate authors or transactions, infer typical cashout times, calculate a complaint rate or combine the platforms into a meaningful score.

The three tools expose their inputs and formulas. They explain bonus proportions, cash turnover and a supplier's pace examples. None predicts profit, bankroll survival or the chance of completing an offer. We did not open an account, gamble, move money, submit KYC documents or test support.

Read our editorial approach or send a sourced correction. The most useful update would be a clear exact-domain licence record or a written explanation of the conflicting conditions.
