Bonuses and welcome offers

Four deposit missions earn free spins; the complete reward caps and cashout conditions are not confirmed. Missions require ten times your deposit in eligible slots or Aviator; reward cashout conditions remain unclear.

The bonus FAQ says each mission needs a deposit of at least $20. They open one per day, with fourteen days for the package. You choose the casino or sports welcome, not both. The named qualifying games are eligible slots or Aviator.

What we still need before calling it a complete offer

The dedicated page's terms headings were visible, but the full accordion wording was not retrievable. We could not establish the spin denomination, exact reward cap, redemption rules or treatment of winnings. Those gaps affect value. The calculator therefore illustrates the advertised rates; it does not quote a redeemable reward.

Older indexed copy still describes conventional deposit matches. Where the versions conflict, we use the current mission pages and keep the unanswered details visible. Save the specific offer shown to your account before deciding whether to accept it.

General bonus rules have their own catches

The general terms require activation before deposit. They describe a $10 maximum bet while a bonus is pending or active, a default 30x bonus requirement, a payout cap of five times the initial bonus and seven-day expiry. Specific offers can override these defaults. Withdrawal before completion or expiry forfeits the bonus and bonus-derived winnings.

They also say every real-money balance must fall below $1 before bonus funds can be used; pending bets can block that switch. Only settled bonus-funded bets count. Do not simply bolt the default 30x onto the mission's 10x: the bases and offer precedence need confirming.

Three counters that should never be confused

Why we are not quoting a precise rakeback return

The loyalty page uses real-money bets × level percentage × 1.5%. The general bonus terms use bets × level percentage × game-category contribution. These are different formulas. We cannot responsibly choose one and present the result as money you will receive.

That is why the points tool stops at JP. A clear point formula does not settle a separate reward calculation. Ask which rule applies to your account and whether the reply concerns points, rakeback, cashback or a reload bonus.

Deposits and withdrawals

The public FAQ lists eleven cryptocurrencies and EUR through payment partners. That tells you the advertised range, not which method your account can use. Logos are not a promise that a particular bank, card or wallet will be available.

We found a USDC network contradiction

Before sending anything, ask support to confirm the asset, network, address and minimum together. Use a matching instruction in your own cashier; do not guess from a coin logo or a familiar-looking address. If the answers still conflict, leave the transfer alone.

Approval time is not money-in-wallet time

The USDC FAQ puts its roughly three-minute claim after approval, with network confirmation still to follow. We have no independent payout average. Keep three timestamps separate: request submitted, payment released, and funds received.

For Litecoin, both minimums and the daily withdrawal limit are left to the current cashier. The page advertises no platform withdrawal fee but allows a network charge. A headline about free payments therefore does not tell you the amount that will arrive.

There is another unresolved mismatch: the retrieved Spanish FAQ gives a EUR10,000 per-transaction maximum depending on payment method, while the general terms state EUR2,000. Confirm the applicable limit in writing. We have not selected the larger figure as the promise.

The terms normally require the same currency and payment channel, permit discretionary instalments and give no firm approval deadline.

A normal deposit can still carry a playthrough condition

The AML policy states 2x deposit wagering before a crypto-wallet withdrawal. This is separate from a welcome mission or loyalty progress. Completing one counter does not prove the others are satisfied, and more gambling is not a sensible way to resolve an unclear account condition.

Mobile, support and account controls

FortuneJack's November 2025 redesign announcement describes mobile-optimised layouts. That is not proof of a native app or an installable web app. We did not install one, measure streaming quality or run a device test.

The public site advertises round-the-clock support. We have not timed it. For a useful answer, give the exact game title, your balance currency and the relevant offer name. For a payment question, add the network and transaction reference, but keep private keys, recovery phrases and identity documents out of public posts.

A short question is often easier to resolve: "Your USDC page and SOL page disagree. Which USDC networks does my cashier support?" Or: "Does this reply concern mission turnover, bonus wagering or Jack Points?" Save the answer alongside the terms it refers to.

Account checks and rules

The AML policy allows identity and source-of-funds checks. Its crypto thresholds concern withdrawals over $10,000 in one transaction or $100,000 in a month. The FAQ instead mentions $10,000 in total deposits. Neither creates a no-KYC entitlement below that amount: suspicion or unclear documentation can trigger checks too.

A VPN is not a country permission slip

A February 2022 operator blog suggested VPN use around country obstacles. We did not establish general permission in the current terms. Treat that old advice as dated marketing, not an override of location or provider restrictions. Ask for the applicable rule before registration; do not disguise where you are.

Self-exclusion: keep the confirmation

The self-exclusion policy directs requests to live chat or support@fortunejack.com, with your reason. It says the block takes effect on the confirmation email, rather than when the request is sent. It describes returning remaining funds at commencement and preventing account access during exclusion.

The two policies disagree about what happens at the end: one says temporary access reopens automatically; the responsible-gaming page says to contact support. Both display an update date of 24 August 2026. Ask for written confirmation of the duration and reopening terms. Permanent exclusion declared because of gambling addiction is described as irreversible.

The responsible-gaming page offers help setting limits but does not document the precise controls or delay for increases. We did not test enforcement. Our responsible gambling page lists further support. An offer deadline is never a reason to keep playing when you want to stop.

Licence and complaints

FortuneJack's terms require claims within seven business days, then allow escalation to a Support Manager, whose decision is due within fourteen business days. They mention ADR without naming a provider. Keep transaction IDs, dates, relevant offer wording and the remedy you are requesting.

The regulator's route is different

Anjouan's published process starts with the operator's interactive licence-seal complaint function. It gives fourteen calendar days for game-outcome disputes and thirty for account, payment or bonus disputes. An unresolved complaint can progress to approved independent ADR after thirty days. The authority says it does not adjudicate individual player disputes.

We did not verify FortuneJack's appointed ADR or a working case-submission flow. Ask the operator to identify its current provider and preserve evidence of submission. Do not assume a support message has met every separate procedural deadline.

This covers fortunejack.com. Published exclusions include the UK, US, Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, Netherlands and Spain. Provider lists add restrictions: Evolution's includes Canada and South Africa. An omitted country is not automatically permitted.

A Canadian currency page or a translated lobby cannot answer whether a particular game is available to you. Check your location, the operator and the provider separately. Our country guides explain why those are different questions.

What we could verify about the licence

FortuneJack's About page names PlayWave SRL, Costa Rica registration 3-102-914970, and claims Anjouan licence ALSI-202411021-FI1. The official register exposed no matching record in our retrieval, so current exact-domain status remains unverified. That is a research limitation, not a finding that the licence is invalid.

The JackToken warning needs its own context

LCB's 13 July 2026 report retained a warning over complaints about the separate JackToken project. It also published FortuneJack's response, dated 25 June, denying scam allegations. This is relevant background to weigh, but it does not establish a current casino-wide payment outage or a legal finding of fraud.

How we checked FortuneJack

Research was completed on 1 October 2026. We compared dedicated operator pages, terms, regulator guidance, supplier descriptions and public player reports. Conflicting pages and stale indexed material are labelled where they affect a conclusion.

The purposeful game sample has 27 references across four suppliers: 23 live, automatic or hybrid formats and four digital comparisons. Eight readable title pages, twelve indexed title pages, four indexed related lists and three historical article mentions are different levels of evidence. We did not launch games, inspect signed-in Help or verify table-specific RTP, stakes, seats or regional availability.

The player explorer contains 19 selected accounts across five platforms, with ten exchanges followed to their visible endings. It is not a representative sample, complaint rate or combined score. Authors and transactions were not independently authenticated. Relative dates remain relative where the source gave no exact date.

The two arithmetic tools use visible formulas, integer cents and explicit input bounds. Independent checks covered unequal deposits, half-cent results, fractional points and invalid inputs. The roulette checker compares published feature eligibility, not winning chances or expected returns. Its answer does not establish that a game is playable in your account.
