Winz.io Live casino review & guide

Live games

Game types: Live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows and casino poker.

Providers: Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Playtech and ICONIC21. Browse the game list.

There is a good spread of familiar formats in Winz.io's public catalogue. Evolution's Infinite Blackjack, Lightning Roulette, Speed Baccarat and Crazy Time sit alongside Pragmatic Play's ONE Blackjack and Sweet Bonanza CandyLand. We also found live titles from Ezugi, Playtech and ICONIC21.

If you like making decisions during a hand, start by reading about live blackjack. For a wheel and a simple choice of bets, try our roulette guide. Baccarat has fewer decisions, while the game shows add presenters, wheels and bonus rounds.

ONE Blackjack, pictured above, deals common opening cards while letting players make their own decisions. Winz.io lists ONE Blackjack 1; this is the supplier's illustration of the format, not a session we played.

Our searchable game list links 18 selected examples to their Winz.io pages and supplier explanations. This is a useful starting point, not a count of all tables. Listings do not establish country access, available seats or minimum stakes; those need checking in the actual game.

Mega Wheel is a live game show, rather than roulette with a different backdrop. If you are trying an unfamiliar format, check its payout table first. Multiplier versions can change ordinary payouts or charge an extra fee; our short rules comparison explains two examples.

Bonuses and welcome offers

Live players have two cashback choices worth understanding. They refund part of qualifying losses; neither turns losing play into a profit. Select the offer before using the deposit.

Both rewards have no further wagering requirement and advertise no upper cashback cap. Only one cashback programme can run at a time. Rewards are credited the next day between 09:00 and 10:00 GMT and must be used within 14 days. Other promotions generally cannot be combined with them.

The LIVE page gives two different Bitcoin minimums: 0.00026 BTC in its currency table and 0.0002 BTC elsewhere. Get the applicable amount confirmed before selecting it. The CRYPTO page does not give a readable numeric minimum; do not assume LIVE's threshold carries over.

What about the welcome wheel?

The first-deposit Wheel of Winz offers a random cash or free-spin prize. Its advertised maximum is not a guaranteed deposit match. Separate special-link deposit matches also exist, and those have slots wagering that live games do not clear. The optional offer details keep these different promotions apart.

Deposits and withdrawals

Winz.io publishes crypto, card and e-wallet options. The useful question is which deposit and withdrawal route your own cashier offers: seeing a logo on a general payment page does not establish availability in your country.

Bitcoin's listed withdrawal minimum is ten times its deposit minimum. A small deposit therefore does not guarantee an equally small withdrawal. If you want to leave with a balance below the limit, ask about the full-balance account-closure exception in the terms; do not add money or keep gambling just to reach a threshold.

How long does a withdrawal take?

The terms say Winz.io aims to process requests within one hour, but checks can take longer. The payment page labels crypto and e-wallet routes instant and gives Mastercard and bank transfers 1-5 days. Bank-transfer processing has a separate three-business-day statement in the terms. Treat these as operator estimates for different stages, not a promise of money in your account within an hour. We have not tested a payout.

Published account limits are 100,000 USD/USDT per week and 400,000 per month, alongside payment-method limits. Larger sums can be split into instalments. Crypto has no daily withdrawal-count limit; that does not remove the amount caps.

No wagering on a reward is not the whole withdrawal rule

The general terms require fiat deposits to be wagered three times and crypto deposits once before withdrawal. These are separate from the cashback's zero wagering requirement. If you need to recover an unused deposit, ask support about a refund rather than gambling to satisfy the condition.

Fiat users get two withdrawals per day and seven per calendar week without the stated frequency charge. Beyond those allowances, the terms specify a 10% fee with a €10 minimum. A dash in the payment table is not a blanket promise of no fees.

Use your own current cashier's coin, network and destination details. Withdrawals normally return through the deposit method, subject to checks. If a request stalls, ask whether it is awaiting account review or has actually been sent; for crypto, a transaction hash helps distinguish the two.

Mobile and support

The public site can be browsed on the web. We have not tested a logged-in mobile session, live video, a native app or reconnection during a hand.

Winz.io advertises 24/7 live chat, email at info@winz.io and a contact form. Its FAQ says English is the main support language, with AI translation for others. We have not timed a support reply. For a payment or promotion question, save the answer alongside the terms that applied to your account.

ID checks and account rules

Winz.io can ask for ID, proof of address, payment details, source-of-funds evidence or phone verification before betting or any withdrawal. The €2,000 cumulative fiat-withdrawal trigger in the terms is not a guarantee of no checks below that amount.

Requests can remain pending while documents are checked. If the casino cannot contact you for two weeks during verification, the terms allow account locking and cancellation of the withdrawal request. Respond through the official channel and keep copies of what you submitted.

Accounts sharing a household, IP address or device can fall within duplicate-account rules. Ask before another household member registers. The terms recommend two-factor authentication, but we have not tested its setup. After 12 months of inactivity, a €20 monthly charge can apply.

Limits and taking a break

Winz.io publishes daily, weekly and monthly casino deposit, loss and wager limits. Its policy also describes cooling-off and self-exclusion. We have not tested these controls.

Cooling-off periods are listed as one week, one month, three months or six months. They block fiat deposits and promotional offers, but some crypto deposits can still be processed. Cooling-off also does not prevent sports betting with an existing balance.

Self-exclusion is the stronger account restriction: the policy says it disables the account immediately, with six-month, nine-month, one-year or indefinite options. Ask support to return any remaining money, including crypto that arrives after exclusion, subject to the stated checks. You do not need to resume betting to seek its return.

Our independent help page offers support beyond the casino.

Licence, countries and complaints

The current English terms name Novatrix SRL, Costa Rica registration 3-102-893958, and Tobique licence 0000002. Tobique's public register lists Novatrix's B2C licence through 13 March 2027, but does not expose a domain or licence number on that entry. The exact number-to-domain claim therefore remains the operator's disclosure.

There is also an independently readable Anjouan register entry: ALSI-202508056-FI2, valid through 24 August 2027, names Novatrix and includes winz.io. Winz.io publishes both Anjouan and Tobique footer variants. We have not established which arrangement applies to every visitor's market; check the terms attached to your account. Older Dama/Curaçao references are not the current English terms.

The UK, US, Ontario and New Brunswick are excluded, alongside countries including France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain and others in the full restricted list. An offshore licence does not establish permission to play everywhere. The current terms prohibit VPNs, proxies and similar location masking.

If you need to complain

Start with Winz.io support and ask for internal escalation if the answer does not resolve the issue. Keep your transaction references, correspondence and the relevant terms together. The current terms name EGIS as an independent dispute-resolution option after the internal outcome, at disputes@egis-adr.com. We could not independently load the EGIS site during this check, so we cannot confirm its current submission process or response time.

Winz.io's separate complaints page also links AskGamblers. That is a complaints service, not Winz.io's regulator. Its public case outcomes are useful evidence, but a platform label is not a guarantee that your own claim will be accepted or paid.

Other casinos to compare

For other international live-casino reviews, compare Wild.io and Metaspins. Look at their bonus exclusions, ID requirements and payment minimums separately; similarly named offers can work very differently.

British readers should start with our UK guide and British-market reviews such as bet365. The live casino directory brings all our reviews together.

How we checked this review

Checked 6 October 2026. We read current public operator terms, offer pages, payment tables and safer-gambling information; checked the two regulator registers; compared 18 selected game listings with supplier material; and examined 18 individual player records across three platforms. Source dates can be older than the research date.

The English terms were retrieved from Winz.io's public content service, with a stated update date of 17 February 2026. Some public game and offer pages redirected to a German-language version; the exact title and provider were checked separately from any translated promotional text. No access restrictions were bypassed.

We did not create an account, deposit, play, withdraw, submit documents, contact support or test account controls. This review cannot establish current table stakes, personal eligibility, payment reliability or how a private dispute should be decided. The game sample is not a full catalogue census, and the player sample is not a satisfaction survey.

The original comparisons show where cashback eligibility, deposit turnover, payment minimums and game rules differ. They help explain the published conditions without inventing a rating. Found a change? Send us the source. Our editorial approach explains how we handle corrections.
