How it works
MONOPOLY Live uses a 54-segment wheel rather than ordinary board-game play. The betting grid offers 1, 2, 5, 10, 2 ROLLS and 4 ROLLS. Chance segments can produce a cash award or multiplier; the roll segments trigger a virtual board journey with dice rolled in the live studio.
MONOPOLY Live adapts the board game's setting into a money-wheel show with a separate board bonus. Your wager is a prediction about the wheel outcome. Property trading knowledge is not required to follow the bet, but distinguishing the two roll positions is essential to understanding participation.
The differences that matter
- The wheel has 48 number segments, two Chance segments, three 2 ROLLS segments and one 4 ROLLS segment.
- Chance is not a selectable betting-grid position.
- A player needs the matching 2 ROLLS or 4 ROLLS bet to receive that bonus.
- A Chance multiplier keeps bets in place for a further spin.
A number win and a Chance continuation
Ordinary winning number bets pay the stated number to one, with the stake returned. As an accounting example, two units on 5 produce ten units of profit and twelve units returned when 5 wins without an enhancement. If another three units were lost on other positions, the full round profit would be seven units: twelve returned minus five staked.
A Chance multiplier leaves the bets standing for another wheel spin. Consecutive Chance multipliers compound. This continuation belongs to the existing wager: distinguish it from pressing Repeat Bet for a new paid round. Record the final settlement once when calculating the outcome of the whole sequence.
What the roll labels actually promise
The matching roll bet supplies entry to the board feature. The labels 2 ROLLS and 4 ROLLS give the starting minimum, rather than a guaranteed final count. Doubles can add a roll, with an exception for doubles used to leave Jail. A preceding Chance enhancement can also increase board multipliers.
A two-unit wager on each roll position totals four units. If 2 ROLLS wins, use the stake on 2 ROLLS when checking the feature award; the additional stake on 4 ROLLS does not become extra money on the winning position. This distinction also explains why two people watching the same board journey can receive different cash amounts.
Separate the show result from your own return
The board animation describes the feature being played; your accepted bets determine your financial participation. A useful round record contains the total initial stake, the winning position and the amount eventually credited. That avoids treating an entertaining board visit as a personal win when the corresponding roll position was not covered. It also makes clear when a number win has only recovered part of a wider betting spread.
Before choosing a table
- Distinguish the two roll bets; betting one does not qualify you for the other.
- Check the board bonus rules and extra-roll conditions.
- Read the per-position RTP table in the actual game help.
Return to player: read the scope
No scoped RTP is published in the consulted official product description.
A return percentage describes a long-run model under specified rules. It is not the probability that your next wager wins, and it does not promise a session result. Different bet positions can have different returns.
MONOPOLY Live questions
Can I place a direct bet on Chance?
Chance is a wheel event, not a selectable position on the betting grid.
Does 4 ROLLS also cover 2 ROLLS?
No. Qualification follows the specific roll position that wins.
Is the displayed bonus win the session profit?
Compare all amounts returned with all amounts staked. Earlier rounds and losing positions still belong in that calculation.
