How it works

A real automated roulette wheel is paired with a studio presenter and an RNG multiplier stage. After betting closes, one to five Lucky Numbers receive multipliers from 50x to 500x. The wheel still decides which number wins; the multiplier matters only when a winning straight-up bet covers a selected number.

Lightning Roulette changes the settlement of a straight-up win, so the first useful comparison is the ordinary payout alongside the possible Lucky Payout. The number of chips on the layout also matters: a multiplier attached to one winning number does not multiply the money placed everywhere else.

The differences that matter

  • The wheel has 1–36 and one zero.
  • A winning straight-up bet without a multiplier pays 29:1.
  • Splits, corners, red/black and dozens retain standard roulette payouts.

Follow the number and the wager separately

There are two things to check at settlement: where the ball lands and which type of bet you placed. A chip directly on 17 is a straight-up wager on 17. A split including 17 covers it in a different way. If 17 becomes a Lucky Number and then wins, the straight-up bet qualifies for its Lucky Payout; the split follows its own payout rule. A highlighted number alone does not create a winning bet.

The multiplier belongs to the eligible stake on that number. It is not a second multiplication of the ordinary 29:1 award. The provider describes the Lucky Payout as multiplying the bet, so reading a 500x display as 29 multiplied by 500 would produce the wrong result. Check the table's help for how it displays the stake return.

Worked example: an ordinary straight-up win

Illustration: place 2 units on one number and 1 unit on each of four other numbers, for a total stake of 6 units. Suppose the number carrying 2 units wins without a Lucky Payout. At 29:1, that bet earns 58 units and returns its 2-unit stake, producing a 60-unit total return. Subtract all 6 units wagered to get a 54-unit profit for the round. The other four chips still count as losing stakes.

For comparison, a 2-unit straight-up winner at a hypothetical 35:1 table would return 72 units including that stake. The 12-unit difference shows why comparing only the maximum multiplier misses an important part of the payout structure. This example describes settlement arithmetic, not how frequently either result occurs.

Before choosing a table

  • Check the reduced ordinary straight-up payout before comparing it with standard roulette.
  • Only straight-up coverage can receive a Lucky Payout; covering the number inside a split or dozen does not qualify.
  • Read the in-game payout table and any win cap.

Return to player: read the scope

No scoped RTP published on the consulted product page.

A return percentage describes a long-run model under specified rules. It is not the probability that your next wager wins, and it does not promise a session result. Different bet positions can have different returns.

Lightning Roulette questions

Does covering more numbers improve the multiplier on each chip?

No. Adding numbers increases the total amount wagered if the chip size stays unchanged. With a fixed 6-unit budget, six equal selections carry 1 unit each, while three equal selections carry 2 units each. The same displayed multiplier therefore acts on a different winning stake. More coverage and a larger payout per winning chip are separate choices.

Is a 500x Lucky Payout guaranteed during a session?

No such guarantee follows from the published range. A maximum describes a possible award, not a schedule. The consulted product page does not publish the frequency distribution needed to calculate how often each multiplier appears or the complete straight-up return.
